We had a big mishap with my sisters wedding dress 12 days before the day! We went in desperate for help and the manager and Jestiny were so kind and understanding! They squeezed us in and we’re SO helpful. Not only were we able to find a new dress but she loves it more than the first one! Thanks again! Best service!

I had an amazing experience finding my quinceañera dress here! The workers are supper friendly and work together to find and give you what you need, they have so many dress options for any occasions. I recommend this spot if your looking for any type of dress for any particular day! I’m so excited to be able to wear my dress on my special day thanks to them!!! ? ? ?

I didn’t want to leave a star but I had to. We went in and the girl working didn’t greet us. She didn’t even offer to help the bride find a gown. She didn’t speak to us the whole time we were in there and we left without the bride trying anything on! Super rude and so unprofessional.

This place was incredible. Erica is the one who helped me find the perfect dress for a ball my family put together. She was super sweet and really wonderful to talk to. The dresses are gorgeous and it's a great atmosphere for trying on dress. 10/10 recommend!!

Let me start off by saying that if your dress shopping for an event like prom or homecoming, this is your place as long as you have a lot of money. My experience here had me and my friend in tears when we left. This was my best friend's first prom and so we went shopping for a beautiful dress and we saw how stunning these dresses looked in the pictures so we decided to come in and our experience here was AWFUL! The dresses are overp, the store is dirty, and the lady who owns the place is the person who almost ruined the day for me and my friend. They have signs there that say you can't try on more than 3 dresses at a time, but my friend and I didn't seee that and so we loaded up on dresses and nobody said we couldn't do that from the start even though they literally saw us picking out a bunch of them. Then the woman who owns the place comes over, snatched the clothes and basically yelled at us because we didn't wee the signs. She then proceeded to look at each dress as if we had taken a Razor to it and acted like we destroyed them even though we made sure to be extremely careful because we didn't want to ruin the dresses. She found one dress that was PERFECTLY fine, took scissors out of her pocket, and snipped a piece of string that wasn't even there acting like we damaged it. Then my friend and I went into thr dressing room trying to ignore how she treated us and then I got a text from my mom who was waiting outside our dressing room saying that we had to go. I asked her why and she told me it was because the OWNER was giving us dirty looks as we went into the room, and her and the employee began talking bad about us. When I found this out I was absolutely livid. We then left the store in a bad mood and she had me and my friend crying because dress shopping is supposed to be a good memory for those involved. Although I will admit I'll remember this day, it's not for an good reasons thank to this establishment.

This place is AMAZING. I actually got my wedding dress here and it's everything I was dreaming of! The employee who helped me went above and beyond and made me feel so special and important. She even remembered me when I went back a month later! Their dresses and accessories are insanely affordable for their quality. I am so lucky I went here.

My first time in here and it was VERY nice! I came in looking for a bun comb for an upcoming wedding, and the lady immediately pointed out what I was looking for, then left me alone for the rest of my browsing, and was super nice through check out too! A nice cherry on top is the affordability :D if you’re looking for a really nice prom dress or formal jewelry that is justifiable to pay for I DO Recommend Sophia’s special occasions

So many beautiful dresses, some on the more expensive side but they have options for all occasions. They only let you try on 3 dresses unless you want to pay $25 (which is counted towards your dress if you end up purchasing one) but it's understandable because so many dresses get ruined when people try on extras.For people looking for more modest dresses with sleeves options are pretty limited.

Sophia's had everything I needed to wear my dream dress at a holiday gala. Even though they were closed during Christmas and New Year's, they took time out of their personal lives to do a one-on-one appointment to make all my dress dreams come true!! Believe me when I say Sophia’s is the best option for special occasion dresses, their selection is huge! Incredible service. They have it all for your quinceañera, wedding, baptisms, first communion, prom or homecoming.

Do not order from Sophia's. We ordered a dress for prom over a month ago. They told us it would arrive within two weeks. I called weekly and never got a dedicated date of arrical. Finally, after a month of waiting, the shop told us it would be in yesterday. It wasn't.Today I called and was told that the dress was here and they would have it steamed and ready at 3:00. At 3:05 today, they called to say that the dress never shipped because it's out of stock but that we could come and see other options. Of course, nothing worked. It's the middle of prom season so stock is low at Sophia's and everywhere else. We are left with two days to find a dress. The staff at the store was very unhelpful and didn't seem to care about the huge inconvenience that has been caused. We are super disappointed and frustrated.
