The place has a great atmosphere and a really fun sports theme, which my son was excited about. This was our first visit since our regular hairdresser wasn’t available, and my son really wanted to try this sports-themed haircut place. We only waited about 15 minutes, which was fine.
The problem was the haircut itself — it was extremely sloppy. The stylist finished in about 5 minutes, and the result was terrible. She didn’t cut behind his ears, the hair was uneven all over, and one side was noticeably shorter than the other. I noticed she was the only stylist who rushed through each haircut, while the others took 12–20 minutes per client and did more thorough work. Looking back, I should have realized something was wrong when I saw people waiting for other stylists instead of going to her.
Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. I’m giving 1 star because their main job is to cut hair, and in our experience, they did a horrible job.

Aubrey was the nicest person I have ever had cut my hair, she was so friendly!! Did an amazing job cutting my hair too!! If all your stylists are like her people will be breaking down the door to have them cut their hair!! Thanks Aubrey, it was a pleasure meeting you! (Update, she sadly no longer works there, but others are just as nice)!!

The MVP package is absolutely worth it. The worst haircut I have ever received from sport clips is one of the best haircuts I have received any other place.

HORRIBLE horrible hair cut. We went in for a trim and my son walked out of there looking like a hack job. My 5 year old son could have done better with his own pair of scissors. He had gorgeous long longs and he now has hairs coming out the center of his head that are an inch long and BANGS? Absolutely despicable. I can’t believe we paid for that. Kimberly was our hair dresser. We do not recommend.

I was asked if I wanted the MVP when I walked in, I said no I just want a standard men's haircut. I was then asked again after they trimmed my sides, I repeated no I just want a standard haircut, they then asked me if I wanted my hair washed (which is usually included at most places) and they didn't mention that getting my hair washed costs extra even though I had explicitly told them I only wanted a standard cut. Instead of charging me for the standard cut (varsity) they charged me for a "triple play". The hair cut was fine, neither good nor bad but it feels like they were really pushing me to upgrade when I didn't want to and then when I kept saying no they just charged me more without explaining it would happen. Each location is a franchise so maybe your experience will differ at a separate location.
