Friendly stylists, very good service for the most part, with that said it’s understandable that not all will have the same level of skillset. But what is always consistent is the high level of customer service at every location, it’s what keeps me coming back every time!

Been here twice since I moved to Utah and so far have been incredibly happy with everything. Fast, efficient, fun conversation! Nothing else you can ask for from a haircut! Never once questioned their judgement.

I’ve been here a few times now. First cut was great but since then I can’t seem to get a good cut. Feel like they don’t really care to give a good cut. Just trying to get you out quickly. I’ll be going elsewhere now.

Keslee did a great job on my hair! I know this place is marketed towards men, but they do a good job on women's cuts too. Just know they don't do coloring or styling for long hair here.

Zeke is actually the best stylus I’ve ever had. I’ve started visiting sports clips since moving to Orem and it’s just a shame that I haven’t been visiting sooner. The atmosphere at this location is so friendly and welcoming.

I got my first big hair cut in 5 years here and my stylist Marissa was so friendly and kind. She chatted with me during my haircut and kept checking in to make sure I liked it and was comfortable with how it looked. It took me a day to get used to my new short hair, but she really did an amazing job.
Hair type: I have thick hair and I was getting over a foot cut off and Marissa didn't bat an eye and did great.

Just got the worst haircut in my life. Girl cut my hair in less than 10 minutes, she couldn’t have cared less about it and it shows definitely don’t come here if you care how you look and if you do come here DONT GET CUT BY SYD

Mishayla is AWESOME! She is just as picky as I am when it comes to cutting my hair, and she is great at customer service. I always enjoy our chats while she is giving me my bi-monthly cut. She once mentioned being interested in management here, and I think leadership at this store would be crazy to not promote her.

My recent visit to a different location of this establishment unfortunately mirrored the negative experience I had previously encountered. Despite my explicit instructions regarding the haircut I desired, the stylist completed the task in a remarkably short period, effectively ignoring my requests. It became necessary for me to reiterate my specifications, yet it seemed my presence was merely an inconvenience to her. The result was an unsatisfactory haircut, characterized by uneven length on either side, attributed to her decision not to use water under the pretext of needing to assess the hair's texture. Throughout the appointment, the stylist's demeanor was noticeably dispirited, prompting me to inquire about her well-being, suspecting that her dissatisfaction might have been personal or unrelated to the task at hand. I suggested that if certain clients were not to her liking, perhaps delegation to a colleague would be preferable. This is not my first encounter with substandard service at Sport Clips, leading to both frustration and the resolution to seek corrective service elsewhere, as returning to any Sport Clips location is no longer an option for me. It is with respect but firm disappointment that I urge the management to address these service inconsistencies to improve future customer experiences.

I hate getting haircuts because I can’t find anyone who knows how to cut my hair. My last 2 have been from Zeke and they’ve been great. Definitely the best hair cut I’ve gotten in a while.
