horrible service and unwillingness to engage with the customer who was is actively trying to buy a phone and trade in my old- but meets good condition- S9. - would not answer questions or consult with his colleagues when he had a customer actively wanting a new phone and to discuss what options they could offer to meet my needs. it honestly felt like they employees wanted me out of the store because I was white. No return smile, no friendly behavior. Had try pry to get them to check that my phone could qualify for a trade in. It was obvious none of the standing employees wanted me there. Is this how I should expect T-mobile to behave to me from now on?

I waited patiently for 15-20 mins to do an iPhone upgrade and was checked in. When an employee finally became available he went over to a woman standing by the door who came in after me and started helping her. The fact that she was a blonde in her 20’s likely had something to do with it. Not cool T-Mobile. I left and am on my way to check out Verizon’s deals on the 15 Pro Max.

Dallin and Leslie at this store were absolutely amazing when we had a complicated issue with our phones that were shipped. They not only worked hard to find solutions to our problems, but they stayed late to do it and were cheerful and kind the whole time. Truly exceptional service!

Very poor customer service. I went in today to return internet router and they completely ignored us. I was waiting for 30 mins and they acted like they did not care at all. I then asked them how long it’s going to take and they said they don’t know.

I went into the store looking to upgrade my IPhone 14 Pro Max to the Samsung S23 Ultra, the gentleman that helped me out was great, his name is Caleb D. he paid close attention to to see what my needs were, he helped me order the new phone in no time at all, I payed the small $15 fee to have the phone overnighted, with it being mid day on the 23rd of May, I don’t expect yo see it until the 25th, Caleb was honest with me, I will look forward to my next visit to T-Mobile for and look for Caleb to help me out.

Sales rep was somewhat helpful, but totally rude at the end. Acted impatient and didn’t even bother to apologize for raising his voice. Customer service and manners definitely could improve.

Don't go to this Center st. location. The customer service is horrible. They couldn't care less about your experience at this place. I highly recommend going to the store at 1148 W 800 N if you are in Orem. They are so much better!! The 800 North store went out of their way to help us and fix the issue the the center st store caused.
