After telling me the service fee was 35.00, he charged me 50 dollars to determine he couldn't get a good OTA tv signal. He was at my home less then 10 minutes. He stood on an 18-inch step stool and said 'Sorry'. He didn't try other roof points or higher reception points on the roof.

I don't know how you hire the people who answer your phones, but the guy that answered was a real piece of work. Sounded like an older guy, was very belittling and to keep this post PG, he was a jerk. I will never use this business and I will be sure to let everyone I come into contact with know just how the people that represent this business treat you as a customer or as a potential customer.

Rick fixed our TV for a fraction of what it would've cost to replace it. It died without warning or clear cause, but Rick diagnosed the issue quickly and was friendly. In our case, it took one week and one day from dropoff until collection (BUT that was mostly on delayed shipping from the manufacturer) and only cost $165. Thanks, Rick!

They did an awesome job installing a starlink dish for me. Tricky job and was glad to find a professional who knew what they were doing and took the time and pride in their work to make sure it was done right.

Great service! We had our tv repaired here recently. Great price and great service. TV was done quick and communication was awesome. We also had an antenna installed on our house by superior and it works wonderfully. I cannot recommend this place enough

I am so glad that we had our satellite antenna and our entire Dish Network system installed here (into my husband's semi-truck) because they really know their stuff! Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!

I have brought in a couple of TVs to Rick which were having issues. Both times, it was more expensive to repair them than to replace them. So I decided to purchase used TVs from his inventory. So far I have bought three! I am very happy with Rick’s service at Superior TV.
