Stay as far away from this authorized retailer as possible. We received bad and false information when trading in our old phones to get new ones and upgrade for a promotion. Not only did they absolutely mess this up beyond belief the first time, but when I had to waste 4 hours between customer service and standing around in the store, the manager had “fixed” the issue. I just called back in to double check and WHAT DO YOU KNOW… The issue was not fixed yet again. It was fixed in the way we had asked them to, but the solution was still wrong because they applied another payment wrong, in turn causing an entirely new issue. Stay as far away as you can.

I went into the store because my phone would not connect to Wifi anymore. They told me I'd get a replacement. That was 8 days ago.They said that I'd get texts to tell me the progress on its delivery. None came. Since I'm busy, it took a week to follow up.I get to the store and tell them what happened. This is the lesson: Write down the name of who you worked with. Nothing had been sent out.So I ask the salesperson what I needed to do. He asks his manager if I could get a return, the manager agreed. Finally, the salesperson told me it would be 3 - 4 days.

I lost my phone snowboarding and was stressing not only about getting a new phone, but also losing all of my data including contacts, messages, etc. Abraham and especially Luis were lifesavers. Not only were they able to get me a new phone, but they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Luis was even able to find a way to get all of my data back onto my new phone so I didn't lose anything. Great staff.
