Wow did I pick the right place to go for an eye exam and new glasses!! The service was better than amazing and the staff were personable as well as extremely knowledgeable. They went into detail thoroughly explaining every question I had to make sure that I understood. The optometrist ( Dr. Mitchell) was extremely kind and did an additional test on my eyes that would've cost 39 dollars for free when I told him I wasn't working. Max and Chris (the opticians) were sooo much help for me when picking out frames and coatings. I cannot say enough good about the excellent service and highly recommend this Orem Target location to anyone. They have my families business from here forward.

The doctor is so nice & kind & patient. My daughter has gotten her glasses here two years in a row. Also a huge shoutout to Max he helped find my daughter her glasses. He took his time (after hours) to find glasses identical to the ones she had found that were adult sized. She was so happy & excited to get them. Thank you for always providing a great experience for my daughter.

The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They were super patient with me as I learned how to take out my contacts, which literally took hours. They also corrected a systems error which prevented me from getting my contacts and stuck with me to the end! 10/10!

I ordered glasses online and I realized they were WAY too tight! They have been giving me migraines for months. I went in to the Target Optical in Orem and Becca was extremely helpful and kind! She was super quick to help me and I got my glasses adjusted in less than 5 minutes. Becca is the best!! My glasses feel so much better already!

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I had a great experience. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 stars is because I was only informed of one service that wouldn’t be covered by my insurance and was told it would be $40. But by the end of my appointment, there were multiple services that weren’t covered that I was not made aware of and ended up having to pay over $100 for my visit. So my only critique is to be more up front about what’s not covered by insurance plans. Other than that, all my needs were addressed and I had a pleasant visit!

All the gentlemen were kind and knowledgeable. The Dr. was just as great as his staff & also knowledgeable. Great experience all around, I would definitely recommend! Came in with standard definition & left with 8K (UHD) lol..life is better. Thank you!
