I've been going to the bearded trainer now for three years. I've tried a lot of different exercise programs over the years which only lasted a few months at best... until I went to the bearded trainer! Here is why I LOVE going and have stuck with it. 1.Structure- The workouts are laid-out by a professional trainer (Kyle) and demonstrated by the trainer before each work-out, then they're there to correct form etc. 2. I love working out with other people. If I were on my own, I know I wouldn't push like I do in the presence of other people and a trainer. I love the collective energy! 3. The variety of the equipment. We use sleds, ski, row, bike, kettle-bells, bands, jump-rope, body weight exercises, ropes, free-weights, medicine balls, kettle-bells, weighted bags, resistance bands, machine-weights...pretty much every type of equipment I know of. It all sounds intimidating and complicated now that I've named all the equipment, but it's not. The trainers demonstrated every exercise before every workout and then give individual help to assure the quality and form of each exercise.I can't say enough good about this place. Really great people who are knowledgable about health. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone. There are young and old that come. Everyone uses weights/reps to cater to their own needs. It's a lot of fun!

I was looking for something new and desperately need some motivation in my life, so I signed up for The Challenge in February. I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Kyle I knew that He was the perfect coach for meHe is professional, patient and understanding. He knows how to help and personalize the workout that is best for you. I have scoliosis and two rods in my back and Kyle knows how to modify and give me the best work out for my ability. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I need.I am so pleased with my progress and can't believe the way my body has changed. I have tried for years to get to my body goals and Kyle has been the only person to get me to accomplish it.The gym environment is so inviting and Kyle keeps it very clean and orderly.I definitely recommend The Bearded Trainer

The Bearded Trainer Gym offers a genuinely welcoming environment. Their personalized fitness recommendations have helped me achieve a healthy lifestyle, with challenging workouts and awesome strength training. I appreciate the not-so-crowded weight training classes where I can get a great workout without waiting for machines or weights. Didn't know if I would like the class led weight lifting sessions but they are the best! Highly recommend!

Nothing but ?% positive things to say about TBT (Kyle), Cassidy, the environment and the gym. Everyone treats you like family, pushes you and cheers you on.I’ve tried every kind of gym from personal, club, gold’s, lifetime fitness to CrossFit. Nothing has provided me with the support or the results I have received in just 1.5 months. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for all these years.I’ve been the same weight for almost 20years and haven’t been able to gain weight and tone more in my life than with TBT. I’ve gained 9lbs of muscle. Freakin mind blown ?.Kyle was instrumental with providing me personal nutritional information/support in order to get the results I wanted.I have a bad back and Kyle and Cassidy do an amazing job catering to my personal needs, allowing me to still get an amazing and sweaty workout each and every time without my back hurting me.Don’t be afraid to join no matter your size, shape, wt, or age. You see it all. I’ve seen and worked out with individuals ages 20-70+.If you don’t believe me, join for a month and test TBT for yourself. As in everything, you get out what you put in.A huge ? the Kyle and Cassidy for the ❤️ and results. Let’s Go! ?

I joined The Bearded Trainer during the challenge. I was at an all time low and feeling like I’d never be confident in my body again being in my 40’s. Within 8 weeks I lost almost 6% body fat and 10lbs. I also put on great muscle mass and definition. I was going 2-3x per week. I was so impressed. Not only did I see my body change but also my classmates bodies transform. It speaks for itself. The classes are well thought out weight training sessions that target the whole body. I love how the classes are structured and the equipment is high quality! What I also gained from The Bearded Trainer is several friends and a community that is so encouraging and positive. Kyle (The bearded trainer owner) pays close attention and takes the time to be sure you are doing everything properly, so you really feel like you are getting personal training. He is so good at what he does. I am more confident in my body and have achieved several goals that I didn’t think I’d ever achieve. They also offer body scans and health/fitness coaching to measure your progress. I also used these tools to reach my goals. It works and I am a forever fan! Thank you Kyle for your help and support and helping me get my life back!

Enjoyed a few class while I was in Utah on vacation. Kyle was great and he even checked on me after class to see how I was feeling!! Excited to go back next time I visit Utah.

Kyle (The Bearded Trainer) & Cassidy (another trainer/coach) are THE BEST! I have learned so much from attending these fitness classes and have seen my body transform in the best ways. I never expected to be able to lift as much as I can now. Honestly this gym is so empowering because of the awesome trainers, the environment, and the motivation of the others that attend as well. Such a good community of people at this gym! Thanks for everything Kyle!

For the last few months, I have been going to The Bearded Trainer. It has become one of the highlights of my day. I'm super grateful for the solid workouts that Kyle puts together and for the friends that I've made at the gym.

Love this place. I love the group circuit workouts. You just show up and their program motivates you to work and work hard. Everyone is super friendly and motivating. I highly recommend stopping by.

I cannot say enough great things about Kyle, the lead trainer and owner of The Bearded Trainer! I have tried other gyms in the past, from CrossFit, Orange Theory, Boxing gyms, and I always seemed to end up injured. I joined The Bearded Trainer with a sprained wrist and daily knee pain, and Kyle helped me every day to strengthen and cure my wrist and knees. Today I am the healthiest and strongest version of myself that I ever been in my life — with zero injuries! Kyle is by far the most attentive trainer I’ve ever worked with, he makes sure everyone’s form is perfect, and makes sure everyone is having a great time as well!He has built such an amazing community of accepting and loving people. I have never felt any judgement at this gym... only support and often cheers from the class when someone reaches a PR! I have made some incredible, life-long friends from this loving community!

The Bearded Trainer is 5 stars in my book. Kyle and Cassidy push me more than I do on my own. The workouts are switching up all of the time so you get a great full body workout. Great, fun gym!

The Bearded Trainer is awesome. Kyle (the owner) is very personable & treats every client the same. His energetic personality makes working out fun! He’s also great at making sure you’re reaching your personal goals & always pushes you to do your best. The atmosphere in the gym is very welcoming and the gym is ALWAYS clean and organized! I highly recommend if you’re wanting to feel stronger physically & see real results!

Started coming to this Gym at the beginning of April 2022. And it has been the best move I’ve ever made for my health. I’ve lost nearly 40 pounds in five months and put on 5 pounds of muscle.I was an absolute beginner when I started but The two trainers, Kyle and Cassidy, always made me feel welcome and supported while I found my footing.The classes are challenging but doing them with a group is a huge motivation, and you learn a ton of different exercises.Cassidy’s nutrition coaching gave me clear goals that made it simple to lose weight and not feel like I was starving.I paid for a $10 Gym membership for years and it never helped because I didn’t know what I was doing.Going to a gym that is invested in your success is way more effective to reach your goals.Trust me if they can help me they can help anyone.

More than the value of creating lifestyle habits like regular exercise and more strategic nutrition I have found that what Kyle is truly amazing at is working with and caring about the individual. Kyle is one of the most dynamic trainers I have ever met. His ability to meet the individual where they are and challenge them to where they aren’t through tools like progressive exercise and strategic nutrition are what make his gym the type of place that not only do you feel welcome when you are new and not where you want to be but also inspired/excited to take on the work one weight at a time until you arrive somewhere that you are excited about.
