Dr Kikishida is the best chiropractor we've had in all our years of care. He is the best at getting everything to adjust and know when it happens. My wife's headache finally went away after he found more adjust area for her neck. Thank you so much for the long need relief!!

I will preface that I have no complaint with the adjustments that I have received. I have benefited immensely. Dr Arbuckle’s work is good and I would recommend him, the complaint I do have though is the communication between Dr. and patient. I had been adjusted by one of the other doctors and I had an issue that I brought to their attention and I was so impressed that extra time was taken to advise and help my issue. This left me feeling very relieved and well treated. The next week I came back hoping for the same treatment from Dr. Arbuckle and I talked to him about my issue and he told me that “well we can do that adjustment if there are not other patients waiting and we have time to do so” . He then proceeded to start the adjustment but did not properly communicate what was going to happen so I stopped him and his response was “are you ok with that?” I was very put off with the fact that I am paying for a service that the doctor will only do if they have time, that I was not considered for my time and my business.
A couple weeks later I came back for a routine adjustment. Dr. Arbuckle asked me if there was anything bugging me and I told him where I had particular soreness and tightness I thought maybe it was muscular due to the fact that I have been increasing my exercise routine. Now I am not a professional nor will I pretend to be and I don’t know how to properly explain how my body was feeling. So that is how I felt it was best to describe my tightness. Dr Arbuckle responded with “I’ll be the judge of that, leave that up to me but thanks for your opinion.” I was only trying to communicate what it felt like and I did not appreciate the lack of communication and consideration. The place is good, they don’t accept insurance but it is cheap. So you will get what you pay for, including if they choose to make time for you or not. They truly do good work but I can take my business elsewhere where is considered and appreciated better.

Very attentive to my concerns and problem areas. The Dr. Did a fantastic job explaining to me what was going on and helping me with a treatment plan. Unlike other chiropractors I have been to recently I would rate this one of my best experiences. Thank you for the relief and mobility you have given me today. I will be coming back many times! The reception at the Orem location was also extremely kind and helpful. I brought my 4 year old in with me and she made sure he had something to color on and cars to play with during my visit. This took the stress of bringing kids to a doctors appointment disappear. I'm sure a lot of mothers/fathers appreciate how kid friendly your location is.

I've loved coming to the Joint at university place mall! They get me in fast and all chiropractors I've visited have been efficient and clear on how to help me, and I've seen real results! High suggest coming to them!

I live in AZ but was in UT for the summer when i pulled my hamstring. I went on-line and found The Joint chiropractic. They were offering a $29 first time visit. So I decided to give them a try. I was happy to know I could get in the same day. They make it very affordable to come back for additional visits.

Great price point for chiropractic care. My adjustment was great, and even though I was very nervous since I don’t receive adjustments often, my dr. was very kind and reassuring. Brought a lot of neck relief!

I went for my first visit to The Joint due to a stiff neck and back. I was able to meet Dr. Argyle, he's fantastic. Pam, checked me in and explained the program. I would recommend The Joint to anyone needing Chiropractic care. I love love love the walk in element. I can fit my care to my schedule! Thanks Dr. Argyle and team!!

Dr. Whybrew came to Provo from Ogden and I wish I had her every time, not that the other doctors aren’t good. She was incredibly awesome! Quick visit with great benefits and I will keep coming back.
