Update: It was NOT that you didn’t fix the issue. You got lucky you had the same color in stock open. Its the poor customer service and blanket no returns when I have ended up with broken items. Your staff literally told me no returns and then called you about the sheets. I have had several other issues with things I’ve purchased and they refuse to take returns even if the product was broken or food disgusting and bad. I hadn’t read all the bad reviews you’ve gotten until after today and it looks like you have a problem and it shows through your staff and the way you handle problems. Instead of having any customer service skills you immediately tell me to calm down. I was not telling or raising my voice but my voice was labored because I have respiratory issues. Trust me I will never set foot in your store again and neither will my family and friends.
I bought sheets with the wrong fitted sheet and they will see if they had one to swap out but they would not take the return if they didn’t have one to replace the fitted sheet. And then the manager asked what was going on and as I’m explains repeated tells me to calm down. I have a respirator issue (not contagious) so I have to talk louder to be able to talk. I told him repeatedly I wasn’t upset but it was hard for me to talk. So rude. The staff also made comments to each other like “you’ll love this.” Like I’m being insane. I’ve worked in customer service for years and this was awful. I’m no idiot. I can see the rolling eyes and looks they have me and eachother. I’d im spending over $50 on sheets I would like the correct size on the label.
You’ve definitely lost a customer and I will make sure my friends and family know how terrible this place is and they will not honor their products whatsoever.

What a delight to shop where the sales people are so helpful and pleasant. I drive here from 40 miles away and it is especially a pleasure when Romeo is working. He is so knowledgeable and makes helpful suggestions about items I didn’t know were being sold. You just don’t encounter this kind of customer service these days.
Sydney was also so sweet and accommodating. I love coming here!

I recently purchased a Core 10-person tent, and I’m pretty frustrated with my experience. I haven’t shopped here in years, and I couldn’t remember if they accepted returns. I kindly asked the representative working the register if I could return this if there was any serious damage, and she confirmed there are no returns (which I totally understand). She then told me the staff would have put this tent up in the back to confirm there is no damage to the poles or any other serious damage. She mentioned that I could take it out of the bag to see if there was any damage myself. I didn’t even want to attempt putting up a massive 10 man tent inside or even outside the building. I said I would take their word for it since the staff would have checked in the back. I got home and decided to put the tent together before our upcoming camping trip, and one of the instant corner joints and the main instant hub was completely broken. The tent can’t even be used without these parts being replaced. I guess you live and you learn… always inspect each item yourself before purchasing! Just frustrated because multiple items we looked at yesterday had damage notes written on the price tag, and it would have been nice to know with this one.
UPDATE 8/22
After posting my review, I received calls from Larry (Store Manager) and Corey (Owner). Larry offered me multiple options to take care of the issue I mentioned in my original review. Although I didn’t take him up on these options, I truly appreciated the calls from both Larry and Corey. I have updated my review because of the professionalism and offer to fix the tent or to reimburse me for the replacement parts I ordered, but also to make future customers aware to ASK QUESTIONS if you are concerned with the quality of a product. They are willing to put things up for you in the back, or test things before purchasing. Hope this information is beneficial to someone.
PS: Larry, I still plan to hold you to a coupon at my next visit!
