Be aware they refused to sell, when paying with card.unless they got our information in their system. name, email, phone number, etc. That should be optional.

We love this store. There is always a good deal to be found. Whether it's a new rug, clothes, or food, we have never been disappointed.

Purchased a refrigerator at this place. At Best Buy the same fridge was over $2,800 and would have taken several days to receive. This fridge was basically brand new. Still had all the tape, plastic wrap, etc. on it. We only paid $1,500 for it and we took it that same day. When your fridge goes out and you have no backup, it's hard to wait several days for a new one. This was a great store with great products at a great value. Thank you

How has this place survived as long as it has given the treatment of it's customers? It's equally impressive and disparaging. I was unaware that discounted prices = license to treat customers like trash.....it's probably in their REALLY fine print. If you're reading this: Don't shop here. You're better than this place.

Had to write a five star review because people trying to review bomb about a stupid dryer. This is a liquidation store... Everything is "AS IS." That's what liquidation store do. Nobody needs your sob story. Sorry about your dryer, but tough luck. Don't review bomb a store.

I happened to see these reviews about a dryer. I am appalled at the level of dishonesty contained within. I happened to be at the registers at the time. Both the manager and owner offered to exchange the woman's dryer for the proper one, since they bought the wrong kind. The woman and her mother refused. I'm not sure why they are lying and saying the dryer didn't work. They bought the wrong kind. One of the most recent reviews even admits that they bought the wrong kind. There are signs everywhere that say "no refund or exchanges", yet they still offered to get her the proper kind that they needed. The type (gas or electric) is also on the price tag. I went back to look, as I was curious. It is on every tag. I'm really not sure why people have to try and lie when they don't get their way. I can understand being upset by your spouse passing away. It's definitely understandable. But when they only offered to exchange (which would have solved the entire issue), this woman screamed at the top of her lungs "My husband died, and they won't return my dryer!". Seriously?! Who does that?? The store offered to help, and it wasn't good enough. I also love that some of the reviews are obviously from friends or family that weren't even there. That should be illegal. It's horrible when people throw tantrums when they don't get their way, and try to twist events just to get back at people that don't give them what they want. Wow

Their prices almost always beat, Amazon Target and Costco. If you don’t mind the packages sometimes being a little ragged or sometimes open, then this is the place for you .

The level of customer service at The Liquidation Team was nothing short of appalling, and let me share why. Just one week ago, my sister and her children endured the sudden and tragic loss of their beloved husband and father. On that very day, their car broke down, and to make matters worse, their dryer decided to go out as well. We hastily called a repairman who, while unable to salvage the dryer, exhibited a kind-hearted gesture by providing a used replacement he had on hand. Regrettably, that dryer too was malfunctioning. In dire need of dry clothes for her children, I scoured Facebook and, lo and behold, found a matching dryer for her washer at the Liquidation Team. My husband and I rushed to the store, purchased the dryer, transported it to her home, and painstakingly set it up. Yet, to our dismay, it failed to function. It was only later that we discovered it was a gas dryer with no discernible labels. It had nothing but a plug, and I had made an unfortunate mistake. My sister, under the impression that the dryer was irreparably broken, returned it to the store the very next day. She politely inquired if a refund was possible, but, to her disappointment, the owner and manager declined her request, a decision we respected. However, what transpired next was utterly disheartening. When my sister explained her circumstances and recounted the events that had unfolded, the owner's response was shockingly callous. He nonchalantly stated, "life happens," as though her grief and distress were of no consequence. He went on to mention that he had attended a funeral just the previous week, dismissing the gravity of the situation entirely. In an effort to diffuse the tension, my mother asked if the funeral he mentioned was for his wife, to which he responded with a curt "no." My sister, understandably overwhelmed by emotion, was left feeling not only bereaved from the loss of her husband, but also burdened by these seemingly minor yet profoundly distressing incidents. I do not take issue with the store's decision to decline assistance, but the complete lack of empathy, the cold-hearted comments, and the disrespect shown towards my sister's feelings were utterly unacceptable. Please, do not shop at The Liquidation Team!

This is a great place to get nice items at low prices. I've shopped around for things many times and found the best prices here many times. They have always been super helpful and good to work with.

If there was a 0, I would give it. They sold a dryer that didn't work. There was supposed to be a 90 day warranty. When asked for money back, all that was said was "Life happens." Buy somewhere else where you can get appliances that work and people who have some sort of feelings and care for their customers.

I have felt amazing love and kindness in the week since my husband died.On the other side are people who are callous and unfeeling, exactly the things my husband wasn’t. Two such people are Matt and Corey at The Liquidation Team on 64 West Center Street in Orem. The day my husband died our dryer stopped working. A man came to fix, but said it wasn’t fixable, but that he had a refurbished dryer I could have. I was grateful. Unfortunately, that dryer didn’t work. My sister, out of the goodness of her heart went to The Liquidation Team in Orem and bought the exact model of dryer I had. It was refurbished. The signs and receipts said all sales final. We took the dryer home and it didn’t work. They had a 90 day guarantee, but that involved loading the dryer up and taking it back and picking it back up again. I was exasperated with just trying to get clean clothes. I couldn’t deal with taking a dryer back to The Liquidation Team to wait on them fixing my dryer. I decided to plead my case with the owner and try to get my sister her money back. This is where the human and business world collide. The owner, Corey and his manager, Matt were horrible. Wouldn’t budge. Didn’t care. And finally told us, “Life happens.”Im not going to lie, I’m angry. Im angry that there are people like Matt and Corey in the world. While good people like my husband would move heaven and hell to help a stranger, is gone.So I ask you to think twice before shopping at The Liquidation Team in Orem.

The owner, Corey and his manager, Matt were horribly insensitive to my niece whose young husband died unexpectedly the same day her dryer broke. The one she bought from here didn't work. There was supposed to be a 90 day guarantee. They wouldn't help her and didn't care that she just lost her husband. They told her, "Life happens." Outrageous! DON'T BUY from these terrible people!

I'd give this pathetic business a zero if I had the choice. Last week, my aunt lost her husband and was obviously a devastating loss for friends and our family to lose a kind-hearted soul who went out of his way to help people. The following quote came from my aunt Summer's Facebook and was asked to spread awareness of the lack of empathy and professionalism of this establishment. "I have felt amazing love and kindness in the week since Julio has died. Family, friends and strangers have taken hold and charged through this fire with me. I will never forget the kindness and love that was shown to me. I can only promise to pay it forward. On the other side are people who are callous and unfeeling, exactly the things Julio wasn't. Two such people are Matt and Corey at The Liquidation Team on 64 West Center Street in Orem. The day Julio died our dryer stopped working. A man came to fix, but said it wasn't fixable, but that he had a refurbished dryer I could have. I was grateful. Unfortunately, that dryer didn't work.
