Katherine is very rude with the costumer’s, I put my cart back while leaving and she couldn’t wait until I was done she pushed my cart back trying to pull one out mind you I had my baby in the cart and then continued to go put the cart she took into another spot getting in front another costumer very rudely. We come spend money here things are not free, I don’t understand why they have those type of people be the faces/first impressions of the store.

This is my favorite tjmaxx but today I had an unpleasant visit thanks to Katherine the coordinator at around 5:00pm on June 8 that checked me out with a really rude/bossy attitude , have nicer people at front and the rude ones where they don’t have to interact or be the face of the store so unpleasant.

Not as big a selection as the one back home, but it’s clean and the workers are friendly. They have a large selection of dog toys which I love!

Very clean and well organized. The attendant in the dressing room area was a lottle curt. It slightly dampened my experience. Otherwise a lovely location

So, I went in into tj maxx to buy some house hold items and i have to return a blender that didn’t work nor was blending the food properly the girl at the checkout that was helping me her name is Sara She was being rude the entire time I was just trying to keep my cool, but my attitude started to snap. She didn’t even return the receipt. I had to call manager and then I told her that I wanted she refused to give me cash and she wanted to put it back on my debit card, which is absolutely fine. It’s just frustrating because I have to wait for the money. I’ve had a bad experience at TJ Maxx up until Sara help me out

I love a good bargain hunt and TJ Maxx is a good place for that. A very friendly and gracious lady at checkout in the Orem, Utah location made my experience all the better. I wish I had gotten her name.

i checked out recently and it was super busy and the line was slow. to make matter worse i got to the front and saw a group of girls talking. a) it’s completely inappropriate for them to be doing that when they have customers period. b) there were saying some terrible things about this girl that is not ok (name calling, weight shaming, etc) even if theres a good reason for them to be talking about her they should do it in private and not at work. very disappointed. i don't have all the names but Aileen , Saraei, and Sofia were the ones i remember. TJ Maxx do better.
