Mice poop all over my stuff. Chewed up some of my things. I would expect a storage unit facility to not have a mice problem. Besides that its a good facility.

I just got hung up from the girl agent. I tried to call back a few time and they block or ignored my calls. So if I could I would put a 0 star.
I am not sure if this is the normal procedure.
1. I was promised that my money would be returned to my account by Monday.
2. There is a miss communication between the agent to submit this through. This meaning was never submitted at the beginning.
3. When I tried to ask for the supervisor name I could have been told that they are not able to provide personal information which is fine but the girl was rude and hung up on.
The hours I called was at 5:00 pm so well within the timeframe of opening hours.
Super annoyed and upset with how they treat the customer.
