“Overall good friendly staff. 4 stars because I thought the $4.00 price tag was high for a Lego creation that was 5 pieces. Granted they were nice pieces, but still, based on past pricing for loose Lego creations, I was under the impression that greater number of smaller pieces in a loose Lego creation caused the price to be higher and a small number of larger pieces led to a lower price. Overall, good experience though.”
“I had wrote a review previously but I cannot remember where I posted it to… we had a terrible experience the first go round, it was a birthday bear and a binky bear, all in 1 so we wanted the experience to be special and exciting for my son. We got neither and we were very disappointed. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Robin and expressed my disappointment with the worker who helped us. She was very apologetic and extremely sweet. She made a new, beautiful experience for my kiddo. Even though it was no longer his bday or a binky bear anymore, He had so much fun and we were so grateful for her. She is an amazing employee. Loved meeting her. Thanks again Robin, you were the cutest!”
