Very easy and convenient pick up and drop off location. Fast and friendly service. The 20-foot truck was reliable and did the job for what we needed. The truck was in good clean condition for the most part. I just had to sweep the top shelf and the ramp was covered in pine needles when I extended it. It would help a lot to have that cleaned off ahead of pick up.

The agents at this location are awesome. I drive all the way from Heber to rent trailers from them. Thank you for being friendly, helpful agents for Uhaul. Appreciate it.

The gentlemen working when I came in was very kind. The pick up and return process was very easy. And I was in and out very quickly. I’ve been here several times and this is usually the case.

Professional, courteous AND they actually are there when you need to pick up your truck! (our last experience with the Uhaul place on Geneva was terrible and took a whole week to get reimbursed for a no show by the Uhaul business owner). Definitely will come back to State Street Storage.

They charged us $181.84 because they put down a different mileage then what it really was driving from Orem U-Haul to Price which is only 88 miles. Then they tried to charge us $118.12 then $100.87 we finally got in touch with the regional manager and they claimed that they were going to refund us since they fucked up on their end. I would not recommend coming here. Since renting here they have over charged us for them not doing their job, gave us attitude when letting them know there was multiple issues with their smaller box truck, wouldn't give us a deposit back even giving the truck back 3 hours earlier,not taking responsibility and the regional manager finally reached out after being told he would reach out to us last week it's not professional at all. You may as well go to a different place to rent a truck.

Booked through the online portal to be told we can pick up the truck at 6am. It is currently 6:30 & the online portal is not letting us take the car. They said we need to have someone physically approve us to drive while uhaul doesn’t open until 8. We purposely chose 6 because we need to be moved out of our place at 10.

I have been happy with my storage for this location. Price isn't to bad. It's always clean and I feel very sade about my stuff there. I have had a storage unit at this place for about 2 years now and switched from a different storage place to save money and this place offers everything the same as the more expensive guys for a more affordable price. Anyway to save money these days helps.

I can’t say enough about the great service I received here! I rented a trailer here and was helped out by Frederick . He help me hook up the trailer and gave me a bunch of tips about driving and loading. Thank you!

The worst experience I've had with moving. I booked a truck well in advance, confirmed it a few days before. And to my surprise they didn't have the truck, and they said my reservation is in a city 100 miles from my house. I will never contract Uhaul's services again.
