I give UPS Customer Center a 4, and Janice at UPS Customer Center a 6, hence my 5 star rating. I had an issue with a package and it was starting to seem like it wouldn't be able to be resolved, until Janice thought outside the box and went above and beyond to do some problem solving, and totally salvaged an online transaction I was waiting to complete.

48 minute hold time just to talk to someone is not Acceptable.My shotgun got signed for by someone in a different county.With no address on the tracking number!Calling the UPS hub was a waste of time.

Best service. Very helpful. They called me that a package tried to deliver to a p.o. box... so they told me I could pick it up there in Orem. So grateful for the call because it's a Christmas gift.

Let me just tell you how much I appreciate Deloris and Lorie!! I arrived looking for my packages. They found them on the computer and discovered they were tracking out of SLC which is an hour away from me. They went out of their way to make phone calls and have my packages redirected to their office which is only 5 minutes away from me. ?On top of all that, they had other customers in and out without having to wait on my situation. Two thumbs up.Thanks again for all you did. ????

Jamie and Delores are the best!! I don’t often ship things but needed to send back a scooter. They helped me get it all boxed up and ready to go only to find out I had to go to fedex! So grateful for their help even though I was at the wrong place. Super kind too. I’ll be coming back here for sure!! Best customer service around

After many hours of very frustrating international and domestic customer service phone calls across UPS, thought I was doomed! I had an expensive package shipping in from Germany, and was leaving the state for several weeks the day it was scheduled to arrive. I came into the Orem Customer Center to try and get it figured out, and they were able to contact the driver, who met me at a scheduled time and place, and I was able to grab the package before I left! So so grateful. Very kind and accommodating customer care. Thank you!

I live in Springville and our UPS store locally always has a huge line that takes hours to get through it feels like. Sometimes it costs less in time to drive 20 minutes north and go to this depot that never has a line. Employees are quick and efficient and very friendly. My kind of place!

Great experience. The franchise store in provo wouldn't ship my item. It was a laser but because it was an accessory for a firearm the provo store wouldn't ship it. So I had to visit the Customer Center in orem. They were very helpful. I will only use them from now on. I will not give my money to the store in provo.
