I have always been so happy with my experience at this store. I usually have several returns and they are always so patient. This last time I was in a man named Sharp helped me. He was super friendly and even gave extra time to answer my questions about large format prints. I’m looking forward to ordering a fun print for a party soon. I was glad to get to feel the quality of the materials and the prints before deciding for my project!

I went to the UPS Store on Center St Orem, UT on 8/12/25. Jasmine has always been nice and friendly even if it gets busy. So much grace under pressure. I got frustrated with scanning some documents. And Jasmine and Nick were my SAVIORS. What rock stars! I came in frustrated but came out so happy. They did not stop until they could find a solution and to help me!

Spent 30 minutes trying to scan something and the employees were not helping the other employees just talking and socializing the whole time.

These guys are awesome. A really busy store that always gets you in and out quickly. Employees are super friendly and helpful. I live closer to another store but go out of my way to come here because it ends up being a better experience and faster anyways, even with an extra 10 mins of driving!

This UPS is terrible! I dropped off an Amazon return and it took two weeks to get back to Amazon. The tracking always said delayed and I never got an estimated delivery date. There was no tracking information in Amazon app, so they didn't register the return until it reached them after two weeks.
I needed to do another return and decided to go to the Provo location instead. My package is estimated to reach Amazon in 4 days, and all the tracking information is available in the Amazon app.
Do yourself a favor and go down to Provo rather than this location. They are much better.

I went in yesterday with tons of Amazon package returns and a couple of items to mail out. Jasmine was very friendly and super quick and efficient. Awesome job!!! 🙂

As a small business owner I would certainly appreciate someone telling me if my employees did an awful job. The employees at this UPS store really should get some training on how to be pleasant and perhaps at least try to smile. I have always been friendly and smiling when I come into their store but can't seem to get the same in return. I will not be back.

We came in around 6pm the other day to print some things. It was for a school project. We needed some help getting the computer going and a wonderful employee helped us. Not only did he help get us started but stayed with us to make sure we completed the print job. He helped us troubleshoot and make sure the sizing was right. Even as they were closing, he stuck by our side to make sure everything was perfect. It meant the world to me and my son. Thank you so much for going the extra mile! I wish I would have remembered your name. You really deserve recognition.
