  I saw online US Bank is offering lunar 🧧 new year envelopes at their branch. I call ed the Orem and Provo branch. Neither have them. So disappointed.

  We wanted a credit card for my daughter to start creating some credit, we have our money there so, my wife went with my daughter to get the card, somehow they convinced my wife to get a credit car for her, and later to add my daughter to that account guess what, the process of adding her was not approved, we went to the branch and the guy there said, nothing that we can do here, so I asked to cancel the card, and he said we can't do it here either. I was frustrated and I told my wife they make their commission opening the credit card and now is our problem, any way I have more than 150k in that bank, so I ask how hard was to retired my money and he said laughing just need your id, and I can make you a cashiers check free of charge. Then I realized that he not only doesn't care about my business but Usbank business. Anyway I will find a place to move my money, happily there are a lot of options oit there.

  They stole my money from ATM machine and they don’t want to give me back they say they have to do the processes , when the employee admitted that he found the money on the ATM machine. Now when I call they hang up the phone or put the machine talk,
  Take the money out of this bank because they are going to steal everything you have .

  They’re getting beat up here a bit, but I had a great experience. I went in to discuss a possible car loan and they gave me all the info I needed in order to make my next move with a car purchase. I had a great, friendly, efficient experience and give them my highest recommendation.

  This Branch is Horrible. It takes forever to make a simple deposit. I was waiting for over 30 minutes for the jeep in front of me to get through. Cars behind me so I couldn't leave. If this was a one time event I could understand, but my average time to make my business deposit is over 10 minutes. I would recommend using any other financial institution. Four locations in Utah County, Three are inside grocery stores.

  I was pulling up my mask when I walked in and the door hadnt even shut and one of the employees started yapping at me to put your mask on. I thought she was talking to another customer so Im looking around with my mask on and she says to me “Im talking to you, dont walk in here without your mask,” full of vitriol. I walked out, and will never return. Considering another bank.

  Nothing bad, bad experiences here. They ran my cash advance payment and said it wouldn’t work. That I would need to go pay it at another location. Went to pay at another location and the next day BOTH payments had come out. I’ve tried calling them over and over again and the phone just rings and rings. I’ve also told them the information they have on the loan is incorrect and they do nothing to fix it.
