Multiple packages stolen by usps. Claim they are delivered when they are not. Fill out the proper forms and told the same thing, it was delivered. Sorry. Lies. If it was delivered I wouldn't be filling out the forms. Incredibly frustrating.

While I respect the individuals working at the post office, the overall experience is consistently frustrating. The policies feel overly strict and outdated — for example, not allowing customers to use their tape to seal a package, even after waiting in line for 20 minutes with only a few people ahead. In contrast, companies like UPS and FedEx offer more efficient service and are far more accommodating when it comes to helping customers. It’s not the employees’ fault, but the system and policies need serious modernization.

I walked in there at 9:15 and the gate isn't open? Why open at 9am if you aren't going to be ready? Tons of people in line to the point where 4 or 5 of us left. I just don't understand how they could just not be open when they should be!!

Mail wasn’t getting delivered even though we had informed delivery showing we had mail coming. We went to this post office and they said we dunno what to do sorry. You’re better off not using the post office.

I thought the workers there were nice to work with and they were patient with the many people there. The blonde lady at the front, Ashley was amazing. She was nice to everyone including myself.

Front desk lady with purple hair in a sling was incredibly kind and helpful. Also we needed some tape and someone paid it forward, so we didn't need to purchase a roll for our single package. Super slick and great experience.

Horrible service. I usually go to Provo post office and drop off hundreds of pieces of mail each week and leave it on the front counter per their instructions. Orem told me this is not their policy and they wouldn't let me leave the mail on the counter. Never going back. Provo is much more efficient and much nicer.

Not a good post office and not helpful at all I took a blind woman in to put a package together to mail to her grandkids for their birthdays she is blind and could not help me put together the package I asked for help from the service counter because I very rarely put together packages they did not want to provide any help to me or the blind person I had with me. There wasn’t anyone in there so they could have assisted.very lazy workers and they charged her for every little thing from box to tape absolutely ridiculous would not go in there ever again

I ordered something from another company and they sent me a notification that it was delivered but it never was. It said we received it at the front desk but we don’t have a front desk. I checked my mailbox OFTEN that same week, never there. Wasn’t at our front door ever. And then when I inquired about it they said they couldn’t locate it and since I don’t have insurance they can’t help me… it’s not my fault you didn’t deliver it to the correct address!!!!!! Now I have to pay for the items again! I just lost my money. So irritating.

We live at orchard creek condominiums on 600 S here in Orem and our mail is always showing up at 6-7pm. Banks are closed by this time so I can never take checks to the bank and it's really infuriating. I'm supposed to be getting a birthday card today in the mail for Black Friday and guess I can't go shopping until night and people usually end deals by 5pm. For the last 4 years that I've lived here I'm tired of this please do better!
