Bought a drone for 146 dollars. These guys lost it. Now they say it was "probably" returned to sender. Ticket was closed. I contacted Offer Up who I bought the package through. But I submitted my report on the wrong form on their website. So even though I informed them of what happened within 4 days like their policy says, since I technically didn't use the right form, they're claiming I have lost my money. You gotta be careful. I am not buying anything from anywhere from now on except Amazon. I've ordered maybe 15 packages in 7 years since I've lived here that were non Amazon. This usps has lost 3 of them. That's unbelievable.

Came here for mailbox keys for a new property and the kind lady behind the counter was happy to help.Negative reviews probably come from people who have no idea how the mail works. The selection of people who come in here is what you would expect to see at the DMV.

Always get great service at this post office. Helpful and friendly staff, easy to work with, efficient, and lines don’t ever seem to be too long. Don’t send as many letters and packages we used to, but when we need to, it’s nice to have this level of efficiency close by.

I don't know what her deal is, but there is one clerk who works here in particular that is just on a powertrip. Lady, you work for the post office, not the FBI. She's constantly making up her own rules about packages and shipping and wants to nitpick when we have everything ready to go. We have our own business and ship out packages every couple days and started to print our own labels so we can avoid her. Now that we've done that, the drop off is sealed. Good to know you can drop off USPS packages at the UPS across the street. They're faster and more professional.

Package delivered in/at mailbox. Yet the mail carrier did not leave a key in my mailbox in order to retrieve the package. Calling this location is impossible. They don't pick up the phone. Ever.

Slow. Waited 20 minutes in line with zero movement. I walked in one person waiting in line and 3 people were being help. The line did not move.

I don’t know who does the deliveries but they lie stating they “delivered” my package and mail. I normally get my packages a day or two maybe three after it’s been posted “delivered”. It’s dishonest and inconsiderate. Whoever the manager is PLEASE get on your delivery people and pull them out. This has happened to me 6 times now, within the last few months!!!. I’m getting sick of it.

I honestly come here to ship packages every week & love the staff I usually get assisted by Ashley & Trish & they are very kind & helpful. Today I forgot to put a fragile label on one of the packages & Trish was very kind to put fragile on the box.

Impossible to connect and correct an order that they fudged, I now have to wait for them to respond or wait probably a week to resolve this issue. It’d be an easy fix if I could just talk to them instead of them automatically sending it back to sender then waiting again for it to get to me, ridiculous.*Update: luckily they reached out to me quick and problem was resolved. Website still isn’t the greatest.

If I could give them a zero I would. I will never come to this post office again. I don't Mail packages very often so I don't know the rules. So when I got to the front I expected the lady to help me her name was Ashley. She was very rude and unprofessional I really feel like she should not be working for a public if she's going to be treating people like that. You see I just lost my niece who turned one and passed suddenly in her sleep so, Ive been really emotional anyway. When I got to her she was really rude and would not help me. She was not very helpful at all. She asked what I was shipping and I said I didn't know what prices are. She said well if you're not doing priority you can't get any of our tape. I said well I didn't know I needed to know how much does priority cost and then she was even more rude. She could have been a lot more polite and I wouldn't have had a problem getting back in line she was just very rude about it. Then she was yelling at the man who actually helped me telling him you can't ship ground I told her I say 3 day the 17.05 shipping. I could not remember his name he's and he was so amazing and sweet. But Ashley needs to be fired. She discriminated against me and didn't even you know some people have a learning disability and need a little help that's what there job is. I probably would have used other languages but I'm not going to because I'm not going to be disrespectful like her. We ship Mail here all the time I'm just not the one that does it. I will definitely tell my whole family and all of my friends and I have quite a few to never come to this post office because of her. Thank you and I hope you all have a fantastic day

The place is okay, but they actually close at 5:50 not 6 so don’t show up last minute or they will shut the counter door on you despite your packages already ready being labeled packaged and ready to go
