Made a passport appointment. Drove 25 minutes and made it on time just to be told “the people who do passports aren’t in today.” For a place that requires having an appointment, it sure would be nice if you showed up for them. Also they claimed they sent an email informing everyone. It would have been nice to receive that email as well. Didn’t get it. Wasted my day. Oh and I had to load three kids and meet my husband because kids can only get passports with both parents present. So that was a major inconvenience for everyone involved. My baby was super excited that she missed nap time as well for you idiots.

Absolutely disrespectful people. They were getting frustrated at us and made the comment of “dealing with people like us” when we were trying to understanding. They did not listen or fix the problem. DO NOT GO HERE

I so desperately want to give a review of 0 stars. What miserable humans that work here. I just had one of the worst experiences and didn’t get anything figured out. Horrible horrible horrible.

We just had the worst experience at this Post Office! My wife and I booked an appointment for all of our children to get passports a couple months ago. We rearranged both of our schedules and have had this on the calendar. we showed app todand they said sorry, we canceled your appointment. we checked all our emails and texts, and we received nothing. they just didn't care.

I have come a few times to this location since is the one closes to my job but one of the old guys that works in there the one that wares glasses and has black and grey hair and also he’s always wearing black plastic gloves, is very rude ,He yelled at me because I asked to borrow some tape and the he made a comment down the line of “this always happens I land my tape and never comes back” making the rest of the line of people that was waiting, to laugh at me I really do not appreciate that I hope he gets retrained in costumer service.

Not the best experience. Employee made a mistake and required me to pay extra packaging for it. Also wouldn’t let me send an item in just an envelope, which I’ve done before for the same item, so had to pay for an additional mailer. Could be more respectful to the customer.

if i could give zero stars i would..This place is TERRIBLEI have ordered a sneak peak gender box three different times and it keeps getting sent back because my house is “vacant”. After the first time i even went to the post office and they said it was all figured out. Our mailman is absolutely terrible and has left notes saying if we didn’t empty our mailbox he wouldn’t give us our mail anymore (for the record our mailbox was NOT full by any means)

Horrible package care. They either opened or severely damaged very sensitive mail I was sending out to my lawyer, risking my personal information from being seen by the wrong person. My lawyer called me informing me of the damage by USPS and this has set back months of progress. If it did anything against this location I would 1000% file a fraud report.

Probably the worst customer service in Utah County - maybe in all of Utah. Oblivious to customers, lines or service. They really need some public relations training

This post office is so bad, so horrible, and they screw up so often, I wish I could avoid dealing with them altogether. Everyone there is rude, will talk to you in a nasty tone, (hey get a better job if you don't like it please) even the higher-ups I spoke to on the phone are some real pieces of work. (Lack of work, tbh) I will complain again and again, these same people are freaking working here. AUDIT THIS USPS!!!!! HOW MANY PACKAGES ARE GOING TO GET RETURNED TO SENDER AND WHEN I COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGERS YOU TELL ME THE ADDRESS WAS CORRECT ACCORDING TO THE PHOTOS, SO IT IS EITHER INCOMPETENCE OR LAZINESS!!!! Attention to detail is crucial in this business and basic customer service and courtesies are severely lacking. Complain and you'll be met with their pity party, deflections, and excuses! Dude tried to tell me they work 60 hours like somehow that's my problem but I am willing to bet that it is a lie anyway.

This post office, especially on Saturdays, is the most rude and incompetent staff I've encountered. One employee cussed at me when asked if they had a secondary place to drop prepaid parcels since the self- service roll bin was locked (again!) saying "no you can effing wait in line like everyone else" and the other people in line said that employee has been rude the same way to everyone else he'd helped so far that day. They disappear during open hours and still leave the bin locked even though this is supposed to be the only 24 hour self-service location in the area. The staff is unbelievable how condescending they are and they brush you off every time you might have a questions. While in line, I heard an employee talking down to an ethnic customer trying to get his passport and was not helpful or understanding to him at all. Go to the Orem center street location instead! they are always nice but they don't have the 24 hour self service. I've contacted USPS multiple times to notify about the rude service and the self service issues that happen even during the hours the post office is supposedly open and nothing has changed and they reply with "thanks for the info" and not even an apology. Today, Yet again, I went during the hours of operation and the roll bin was locked and no employees were to be found and another confused customer said to me "yeah I've come back 3 times today to drop off my package and it's been locked all day". No surprise there but it's unacceptable.

When I was given a key to a broken mailbox to retrieve my package, I came to this location and they gave me further instructions/ideas on how to open the mailbox. Once following those instructions and the mailbox still wouldn’t open, a worker generously drove down to my mailbox to help me get my package. Now THAT’S customer service!

When I ordered an item it was expected to arrive yesterday. When it didn't arrive, I tracked the package. It had arrived at the USPS located in Orem, from the SLC Distribution Center. They updated the expected delivery to today, Saturday, before 9pm. That would've been okay because I didn't need the items until tomorrow. But I tracked the package a third time only to find out they had shipped it back to SLC; in addition to changing the delivery date to Monday.I understand if a delivery is late due to weather or traffic, but having a package within a couple miles from the destination only to ship it back to the previous USPS Distribution Center 40+ miles away, and push back the delivery date even further, is horrible service.

Love this usps! The guy who helped me was very nice. Like it better than the Provo usps, the older women there was quite rude and inpatient.
