Had a little issue with the service side regarding a new sf. Series rifle. I received a phone call a few days later and were very sorry about the issue and we were able to get things resolved. Very personable company and will use them again.

Had a problem with my gun, and they replaced it with no problems, being new to air guns, I noticed when I would call with questions the friendly service was spotty depending on who would answer call, sometimes with dead silence on the call. As a business owner and a contractor that's not the way to deal with customers. I will be going with Leticia at Pellet shop. She was very friendly and willing to answer any of my questions.

Ordered some slugs that were advertised specifically for the huben. After getting them I found they were not the right size. I emailed Utah airguns and didn’t hear anything back for 2 weeks. So I called and was told they couldn’t refund the slugs because I tried ONE slug. The customer shouldn’t have to eat the cost of a faulty product.

I've been an air gunner for over 40 years. I've purchased from every major supplier in the us and abroad. I reached out to Utah and the staff is top shelve. I ordered 4 new FX's. They handled my orders promptly and were very upfront about the wait on two of my units. A+ service here with Utah Air. Recommend highly G.Wilson

Utah Airguns has the most helpful and most knowledgeable staff of any airgun shop in the country. I called up the other day needing some supplies for a pest control job I had and I spoke to Alex and he got me hooked up with what I needed and also made some recommendations that were spot on. Where else can you call up and talk to people who are so passionate and knowledgeable about the products they sell? If you are in the area stop by, but if not, give them a call. Highly recommended!

Called on a whim looking for a hard to find item. I was lucky to get Thad on the phone, we had a great conversation. Thad was super knowledgeable and very helpful. The item was out of stock, but Thad knew when they were expecting their next shipment. I placed my order over the phone and my item arrived when expected. Thanks, Thad!

My boyfriend is a huge fan of their YouTube channel and so this was a must-stop for him. He was eager to meet the owner and see the range for himself. The owner's son Ryan, who set us up with a tester we were able to try on the range, took great care of us. We made our purchase and we were both happy with the experience. If you're interested in airguns and you're in the SLC/Orem area, stop here. It's quite a difference from regular firearms. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to educate. I ordered a used hatsan flash with scope for my grandsons birthday. (total cost $265) I got a empty gun/ no air. Red Flag I've ordered pcps before. Anyway I notified them and would have been happy with a seal kit, since there wasn't enough time to ship it back. I got nothing' not even a (We're Sorry) heck' I'd of been happy with a LIE "****** made us do it" story. I ended up being forced to by a new one from Wal-Mart site to have in time for my grandsons B-day. I tried to tell what happened on their ************ channels thinking maybe them being exposed publicly I could get store credit on a new AEA or other big bore, only to have them blocked me. I'm guessing its happened to others since given all the preowned air gun now say AS IS NO RETURNS. ******* Airguns say if they losing air or have problems. Thats the respectable way to do things. I gave **** air 2 stars instead of 1 because, ************** i took flash to said, gun was a mess missing too many different screws to be worth fixing. But gave me 50 for scope and called it even. saving me another 20 to look gun over and test seals.Buyer beware- I was lucky to only be out $200 & had the humility of being forced to use **********

Travis down at Utah Airguns is Awesome to deal with. Full of knowledge let's you know what is good and bad before you buy. So you won't ever have buyers remorse. You can see just about any PCP Gun there. Biggest display I have seen in this state. Plenty of high end guns, as well as entry level guns. Best place to get everything you need to get started. Even an indoor shooting range, with air stations.Thanks Travis

I've dealt with a lot of companies online/on the phone, and this is by far one of the easiest and best of the lot.These guys go above and beyond and I won't buy airguns or accessories from anyone else! They tweaked my .30-cal FX Impact and it's so nice! I was hunting wabbits and took Bugs from 70 yards with one pew.

I visited Utah Airguns the week after RMAC, and they were still very busy. I love going in their store because everyone is so helpful, and knowledgeable. I almost feel like I know them, from watching their videos. Fun to watch, plus instructional.
