I sent an heirloom silk rug to be cleaned and they destroyed.
It looks like it had been raked and discolored.
It is going to be a lawsuit.
I gave these people my business for years , recommended them to friends and they had the gall to come to my house and tell me they would not charge me for the rug they ruined instead of cleaning
My only comfort is going to be cause them to face the music.
I hope I can warn people against business such as these!

Veldon's is AMAZING! If you're look for the BEST in the business then this is it. They were able to clean a dress that I thought for sure was a goner (I mean it had really been through it!) and he wouldn't stop until it was PERFECTLY clean. When I dropped it off I said I wasn't sure if there was any hope for the dress and he said he was a miracle worker and he wasn't lying! He does all his own work right there in his store so the turn around is fast and he works to make sure your clothes are perfect. Highly recommend

Veldon's is the absolute best. I drop off white shirts and suits to them regularly. They are always on time, and fairly priced. I use the drive thru and get in and out fast. Highly recommend them!

I picked up my fluffy duvet today after dropping it off on Monday, and it is perfect! It gained back some of the softness that vanished over time since I bought it and it’s nice n’ clean. There was no way I could fit it in my washer at home, so I was very pleased to find out that the prices here are so agreeable/affordable since I am on a tight budget. When I picked it up today, a very nice older man was bagging it up for me with gentle care and a kind smile. He was quite friendly! 10/10 prices, 10/10 turnaround time, and 10/10 cleanliness. I will be returning here for all my future stuff!Service: Comforter cleaning

Veldon's Academy Cleaners is the absolute BEST place to take your clothes to be cleaned. We have had multiple experiences with items that we thought may be a lost cause, and Veldon has worked his magic and made them look like new again.He cleaned my daughter's wedding dress after it had been dragging on the ground for much of the outdoor wedding reception, and was covered with black dirt. It came out like brand new.Veldon's was able to save a favorite new shirt that had been soiled by grease and charcoal from a grill, for a friend that was trying to help move the grill at a college barbeque event.He does the best job with white shirt collars, and presses the shirts to perfection--I can't believe I used to stay up half of the night pressing shirts for my boys for church. It doesn't make sense to launder dress shirts yourself when Veldon's does it for such a great price, and the results are better than you can get at home.Veldon has gotten old stains out of a white linen skirt, and made it look like new. And the list could go on and on . . .If you are looking for the most reliable and reasonable dry cleaning service, Veldon's is it!Thank you for helping us keep our favorite clothes looking great, and for making our life a lot easier in so many instances, and for so many special occasions, Veldon! When I picked up my clothes from the cleaner the gentleman who was helping me was very friendly to the point where it made my day and made me feel good. I will definitely be back because I rarely find customer service where it makes me feel like I was talking to an old friend.

I had a photoshoot with my wedding dress a week after I dropped it off here and I am so impressed with how well they were able to clean it! It is so well cleaned I can’t even tell where it was stained. I ran it through water and dirt and mountains and it was so dirty and stained and a couple shades darker. And when I came to pick it up today they called me to let me know what time they closed and I knew I wouldn’t make it on time- so the owner came back to the place to open it up for me and give my dress an hour later than when they closed. They even put a dress cover on it. The dress is perfect, the customer care was 100/10, and the price was a great price for the kind of care they gave it. My new go to place from now on.
