I will make it short and not sweet. I could write a novel of the horror’s. My experience was a nightmare with Jennifer (Jen). She wasn’t happy. She only cared about making a sell and not listening. She even gave me bad information which the manager had to clarify later. I hope to never have to go to that store in this life. I would prefer going to the grave!

if I could leave a 0 star review I would, the whole service from the store to the app to the customer service number to the service quality to there billing. an absolute disaster. A complete disgraces from a company worth HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of dollars.

Unique to my Verizon experience this store and Manager, Ben, I had a very good experience returning a Verizon 4g lte Home router. The router worked okay, but I've switched services due to billing discrepancies the last 6 months (unrelated to this store location).If I was rejoin Verizon or have need for their technical services again, I recommend this location.

Tresten was incredibly helpful while helping me turn in my old phone. Even when there was a problem with my account setting he helped walk through it, also helped pass the time by making great conversation.

Great service, nice, went the extra mile to help us get an iPhone even though we walked in 5 minutes before closing. They even helped us get the best deal even though it made them make less money.

Worse customer service ever. If I could I would give them negative 5 stars. Their service is so bad, I would rather drive a hour to Salt Lake City, than 5 minutes around the corner from my house. Rude, totally unprofessional, customer service what customer service. Save yourself the drama and go to another Verizon store.

They have yet to redeem themselves but the people that work there are rude, stuck up and straight up mean. I have a choice of providers and I will not choose any provider that goes with Verizon their customer service is garbage you can't even speak to someone unless you have an account number or a phone number with them. IF YOU CALL THEIR NUMBER WITHOUT USING THEIR PHONE NUMBER YOU CAN'T SPEAK TO A PERSON THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM WILL ESSENTIALLY HANG UP ON YOU. THIS IS CUSTOMER DISSERVICE AND I WON'T STAND FOR IT IF YOU WILL THEN MAYBE YOU'RE BETTER SUITED FOR THE FUTURE OF COMPANIES CRAPPING ON YOU WHILE YOU SMILE AND SAY MORE PLEASE BUT I WON'T DO IT.

Ashna helped me out this evening and she was so accommodating! I appreciated how she took time to work through different plans with me and explain what each of them would entail. The overall environment in the store was professional, efficient, and well-organized.

Staff is aloof and unhelpful. "It doesn't work that way," just for her to suggest the same thing after her methods failed. Rude, useless, frustrating. In 6 months, is this place is nothing but a kiosk and a locker, Orem will be better for it. Literally had to order the phones online and pick them up here... from here! I'm sitting here right now as my phones get activated, having been here an hour. I literally had to do everything I would have had to do for a straight pickup order. I came here for an express experience, but now I'm seriously pondering a switch to T-Mobile.

Terrance is extremely rude. May want to reconsider your staff. I come in to talk about canceling a very over priced plan and was greeted by Terrence. From the get go he was a complete prick. Then tells me “we don’t cancel plans here call this number”. Wouldn’t tell me anything about device return or anything else. No one should be spoke to like that. Lost two more customers today

I have only good things to say about this location. They are so fast to help and the service is great! I went in to add home internet to my plan and it was so easy and again the service was great

If I could give zero stars I would. I love Verizon but would stay so far away from this location. The manager Ariel Steed is the worst excuse of a manger there is. She lied to me on multiple accessions when there was proof in the writing, has no idea what she's even talking about and blames everything that goes wrong on the customer support. She refuses to help you out and even when she "tired" to help you out she never goes through with what she said. She would ignore phone calls and texts no matter how many you send. All it took was to call another Verizon location and talk to a REAL manager who actually cares about there customers to get a simple fix.

Helpful sales rep. He did try a lot of upselling, but was also great when we declined. He went out of his way to try to help us keep our bill within budget while getting 3 new phones.

I came in and got 2 new phone and a laptop. They didn't have the phone I wanted in stock which was fine. But then said we will have the whole order ready to go the next morning and we will be in and out. Yeah 2 hours later. If the rep I was working with wasn't texting on his phone in the middle of helping us could have sped the process up. Then they never asked if I wanted to set the phones up. They just started doing it and I was charged $70 for it. I'm a very experienced person when it comes to tech. So I didn't need to pay someone $35 per line to set up my phones. So I felt ripped off there. It took him over 20 minutes on each phone because he would go back to texting on his phone between each step. I noticed what happened when my wife asked why did you have them setup the phones you always do that stuff on your own. Then I realized what happened there. They never once offered for me to set up the phone or explained to me I would be charged $35 for them to set it up. To pay someone $35 per phone is ripping someone off. That guy waisted alot of my time and charged me $70 for it. Very unpleased with my last visit to Verizon. For the first time I finally felt partially ripped off by Verizon Wireless. Also their attitude changed towards us once we declined to buy accessories. I already spent over $400 that day and they kept being persistent for us to keep buying more. Then it turned to waisting my time after that. I have been with Verizon for almost 4 years now and this was the first time I felt like this about the store.
