Not open on Sundays despite indicating they are! I fact, the entire mall is closed on Sundays. We drove over an hour to get our phone issues resolved and pulled up to find the store locked! Not pleased!

I would give 0 stars if I could, specifically for a certain employee. He basically just lied straight to us to get us to sign a contract, and now we’re dealing with all the charges that we were told we would not have. Also, when we went in a different time, he was so extremely rude to a new employee that was clearly still in training. I felt really bad for his coworker and was honestly kind of disturbed and wished that I would have never given him my service. Other employees may be fine, and I don’t have much to say about Verizon as a service, but I’m just extremely disappointed with the experience I had here.

I am very disappointed with my experience involving one of your sales representatives, Sam. He was very deceitful in persuading me to upgrade to an iPhone 16 and was also rude to his employees. I was told I would receive a free Apple Watch and iPad with my purchase, but have since discovered unexpected charges for these devices that I was not told about. Now I am locked into a contract, unable to avoid paying these additional fees. When I reached out to customer service, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I was also advised that in the future, I should handle upgrades over the phone, since some in-store employees often mislead customers. If anyone is looking to upgrade or buy a new phone, don’t go to this location, and certainly don’t have Sam help you!

If I had an option of zero stars, that’s what they would get. I upgraded to a BRAND NEW iPhone 16 pro max which I picked up at this location. I got home and went to activate it and it asked me for a pin which obviously means it was in fact, not brand new. I took it back, explained how they screwed up and asked for another phone but they told me there was nothing they could do and I should call Verizon customer service. After 4 hours and talking with them, going to a different store to try and exchange it, I went home with a phone that I cannot use. I have to ship it to Verizon, wait for it to get there and then reorder which will take who knows how. This was the most frustrating experience! I 100% will never go back there and suggest the same for you.

Victra authorized resellers are the closest “Verizon stores” to me. Every time I leave one of these stores, I feel like I’ve been worked over. Today, I visited this branch to replace a broken Gizmo watch. The kid helping me would not let me pay for the watch in full because his district manager requires that at least $50 of the cost remain on a monthly payment plan??? That’s the kind of move that throws red flags. You won’t take my money now? Obviously you’ve got your reasons, but they are not transparent to me. I don’t do payment plans. I don’t like accumulating monthly payments. This feels shady. Then I was informed that I’d need to pay an upgrade activation fee to replace the same broken watch. I’m, I’m not upgrading. Just trying to give you $100 for a new watch. At the end of my visit, the rep told me that I’d receive a survey on a scale of 1-5, and that if I selected anything but 5, that means he “totally sucked”. Come on, man. You’re talking to a 42-year-old business owner. Thanks for wearing your company’s dishonesty on your sleeve. This is the same thing I’ve been told at the end of each visit to a Victra store. Hey, Victra, clean up your shady practices and company culture. I’m going to have to leave Verizon so I don’t have to deal with these guys.

We felt very lucky to work with the guys at Verizon in the orem mall. They help us understand the promotions and gave us advice on what options would be best for us.
