They have dropped my promo credits for phone trade in, say they will fix it but don’t , then tack on late fees. 3 months 2 phone calls 1 text chat, 1 store visit and it’s still not fix.

I had an amazing experience! It was quick, fast, and easy. The workers were so kind and helpful! I was in and out!!The worker who helped me out was named John! He NEEDS to get a rase!!!

My elderly parents (my dad is 85) went into the store to upgrade their old iPhones. Jennifer, the individual who “helped” them, spoke condescendingly to my father before finally ignoring him and my mother altogether. My father owns and pays the account yet Jennifer proceeded to treat him as if he were an incapable child. My sister and I are infuriated at this treatment and hope this doesn’t happen again to someone else.

Great service, all the guys working there were nice and knowledgeable. Daniel helped me switch to a new phone that would better meet my needs. He explained things very carefully, gave me options, and was patient and funny.I visited this store on a Friday afternoon and didn’t have to wait for help either.

If you come here, you have to ask for Nathan. He is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to the phones, plans, and everything in between. He knows the ins and outs of Verizon and is super customer friendly. I don't really like going to cell phone stores bc it's like going into a car dealership. And my past experience with the employees were ok. But Nathan made my experience a thousand times better. He fixed all my problems and listened to me. He did everything he could and went over and beyond in helping me and making sure I was happy and satisfied. He had to deal with a lot of issues with my phone and he fixed them all. He helped me fix my plan and made adjustments to it, got the phone I wanted when they didn't even have it in stock, and transferred all my data to my new phone without any issues. Sometimes data gets lost when you don't do it right. He explained everything clearly, especially with the payment and plan. He was also very patient and kind. And super smart! I told him he should work for apple as a tech guy and do sales at Verizon at the same time bc he's so knowledgeable and helpful. This store is lucky to him. His customer service skills are superb. I was very upset when I came in and he fixed everything and made me a happy customer. Always ask for Nathan if you want to be treated right.

We went here to change over to Verizon. We were treated so poorly just because we had some simple questions. A girl with curly hair and glasses treated us like we were idiots. We walked out of there in shock. We did not switch cell providers and will not. Verizon will never earn our business. That was the worst we have been treated in over a decade.

Josh has wasted my time and money. I bought my wife and I a new phone, and watches. The phone was supposed to be free, and the watched as well. Now I'm being billed the whole amount for everything. Months later and nothing has changed. If I could return everything, I would.
