We were able to get expert technical assistance and support for our Verizon account from Jose at cellular sales 794 N. State Street in Orem. My son and I had a wonderful experience working with Jose Corona at their Orem, UT location today. We highly recommend working with him and the staff there in Orem UT. Jose will answer any concerns or questions you have with your Verizon account or purchases. He is knowledgeable, friendly, fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Jose answered all our questions and gave us many options for my son to upgrade his phone after serving a 2 year LDS mission. He also helped me upgrade some other areas of my account and fix an issue. I am very happy with my service today. Thank you Jose! Keep being awesome!

We had a very good experience at the Orem Verizon store. Jonathan was very polite, very fast and knowledgeable. We came out of mountain and needed somewhere fast so would not have to take time off work so we went to this location. Fastest service then and store I have been to. Had a fun personality. We will be back. The whole way home kept saying Jonathan with Verizon in tune of Jake with State Farm. Thank you so much Jonathan!

Alex was very helpful and gave me exactly what I asked for. I left very pleased. At other locations I've been lied to and had things added to my bill without permission, but Alex always asked permission and was respectful when I declined offers he was determined to sell. Thank you Alex!

here is a new one been with verizon 20 plus years had the service I needed traveling. Castle to change and all. went in got sold hard on protection 240 into it go in for my fist repair and same sales guy says nope can't help go to our partner asked for a manager and he proceeded to call the police who actually assaulted me and trespassed me. that's a diff story Sebastian here is bad news slimy sales to the 10th degree guess I'll be making the hassle of a change looks like verizon is way over priced now days anyways. who owns these corporate/partner stores these fools gotta be held to account just as orem pd will. ps this company is not as others have found virizon corporate it's called cellular sales and the whole signage is a bate and switch my sales guy didn't inform me suprise suprise. boycot cellar sales if you can
