Employee at this location took SIM card from previous carrier out of my phone and never gave it to me. I returned next day and he told me it was disposed of. Why didn't he offer to give it back to me? Shady and suspicious.

I had an awesome experience at this location! We went in unsure of how a certain deal would work, and Chris provided all the insight and helped us navigate our purchase. He also made some awesome suggestions that I had never known about (I’ve been a Verizon customer for 5+ years). Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely go back to this location before any others!

Came in to transfer my phone line from a family plan to my own account and Dylan K helped me with many steps including unlocking my phone. He went above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience and I would come back to see him any day in the future! Thank you so much!

Great experience. Aaron was awesome and helped us every step of the way with upgrading our phones. He and the other guys also helped get all my apps up and running on the new phones. We are very pleased with our experience at this Verizon store!

When I came into the store, I was helped right away. The sales staff were courteous and professional. They thoroughly explained the phone options to me and were able to answer any questions I had concerning the pros and cons of each phone I was considering purchasing and the accessories that would best fit the needs if each particular phone model. I would highly recommend the Orem Verizon store to anyone looking to purchase or upgrade a phone, and or looking to accessorize their existing phones.

I will always come back to this Verizon store. I went to a Verizon store down the road for help with my phone that was accidentally erased. That Verizon store would not help me and told me to go to apple or find another solution. I came to this location where i was greeted by Dylan who immediately reassured me that he was there to help in any way he could. He went through the entire process with me and was able to get all of my information back for me. something i thought may be impossible. I never had someone so willing to help and so kind and patient. Thank you Dylan and thank you to this Verizon.

Dylan and Aaron were super helpful and very friendly. They helped me figure out my device .Thank you both! By the way, both were extremely patient, professional and knowledgeable about the phone on question. They are both "keepers".

Super friendly & supportive. I called in with the intention of getting a customer support number to initiate transferring a line to a separate account. The team member (I believe his name was Chris) said he could provide the number or if I wanted, or I could do this through the app. (Something other representatives at another location had NOT told me). When I indicated it would be a pretty amazeballs option, the representative stayed on the phone with me through the whole 5 minute process answering all my silly questions and prompting me through the next steps. He could have totally just done the bare minimum to get me off the phone. Instead, the extra effort of offering a simpler option, then staying on the call with me to resolve my problem is such a rare experience to find anymore and I really valued the experience.

Choose a different Verizon store to shop at. I went in to get a new phone for my daughter and add a line. The service was fine until I wouldn’t allow the sales associate to change all our phone plans and wouldn't purchase any accessories like a case. Once he knew he wasn’t selling me anything, he treated us very poorly.

First I started the process online because it was a hassle and I was so frustrated.But came into the Verizon Orem store on State Street and Dylan helped me out amazingly.He took all my stress away and made switching to Verizon a breeze.10/10 would recommend and this will be my store moving forward.
