Horrible services. Took my money and I still don’t have it set it up. No access no login nothing. I called and spoke to 7 reps and still nothing. Beyond fristraty!

Our tech was Blake and he was incredible! He took the extra time to teach me how to use the system and went out of his way to check on our other equipment without being asked. It was obvious he truly cared that the system ran smoothly for us. 11/10 experience

Vivint may be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Do not ever loose your password and move or you will never be able to cancel your account. They have endless loopholes that keep you into having to pay for service. Security system was not effective for our use. Company is extremely disorganized,

Extremely Disappointed with Vivint Security Systems – Unreliable Equipment and Misleading Protection Plan
I have had a very negative experience with Vivint Security Systems. The equipment is consistently unreliable, with sensors frequently falling off the wall and the door system resetting itself, which prevents the door from locking properly. This compromises the security of my property, making it difficult to feel confident that my assets are safe.
I purchased their Protection Plan, expecting it to cover any issues that might arise with the system, as advertised. Unfortunately, the plan has proven to be ineffective. Despite claims that the plan offers full coverage, I have found that it doesn’t cover most problems, and I am charged for services and replacements that should be included under the plan. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially given the assurances that the Protection Plan would provide peace of mind.
The cameras are another significant issue. They rarely stay online, making it impossible to monitor my shop in real-time. Additionally, the mobile app, which should allow me to access footage, often fails to load when I try to view recordings, rendering it essentially useless when I need it most.
Overall, Vivint’s system and service have been extremely disappointing. The equipment is unreliable, and their Protection Plan does not live up to expectations. I would not recommend this system to anyone looking for reliable security solutions.
Their only solution to their equipment failing or in-proper installation process is having the home owner throw money at it. Even with the protection plan.

Austin and Kendall were a joy to work with and gave us a killer deal! Also, the tech showed up before the sale was even complete and worked as late into the night as we allowed. There are good reasons why the neighborhood is referring to Austin as Santa Claus ? and Rudy was a busy elf! Merry Christmas in May to make our home high tech and secure!

I was impressed with the coverage of all the cameras. The people were pretty friendly, but we had a scheduling snafu with Eric the installer and I had some stress with that.The customer service agent gave me some flack but we finally got that solved as well, it’s nice to know that my home is protected when I am away.

Vivint came to my house to offer a 3 day trial. Didn’t like it. They came with a 4 foot ladder and installed cameras 8’ high!!! Really. They didn’t clean their mess and used my ladders and didn’t put it back. Happy I cancelled this jerks. The service lack a lot to see cameras. Highly not recommend vivint for sure.

These guys are a joke. I hire them to come to install a system in my house. They missed all three appointments in the span of three weeks and when I try to get my refund back I had to call multiple times and get my refund I told I had to call my bank. My bank said they never sent anything back to my account. I had threatened to take them to court to get my money back. If I was you, I wouldn’t waste my money or my time with these morons.
