The absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. The longest lines, they’re always out of stock, and some of the employees are unbelievable rude. And they’re entirely dishonest with their process. It’s been twice now that they’ve told me my prescription is ready, I wait in line for 30 minutes, then tell me to come back in 15 minutes because it’s not ready yet, making me wait in line for ANOTHER 30 minutes. Definitely changing my pharmacy, it’s so ridiculous

Yes, I was involved in the automobile accident. My neck was broken. I sent my second trip to the emergency room. They prescribed me medication which I supposed to pick up the following morning would’ve been 910 I called. It was not ready. I called again or went up there on the beginning of the 10th that was not ready. I called again this morning. Do you love it? Still not ready they told me I can come up there and wait for it if I would like the pharmacist is very very rude with the broken neck. I’m very limited on how I can move. I I found the pharmacist very, very rude and I will not use Walgreens no more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They took more than 20 min to serve 2 cars in the drive thru. This is what happens every time we go to any Walgreens.

Honestly slowest pharmacy I've ever used. Every time it takes over 30 minutes to go through the drive through that only when three cars are ahead of me. I've also had problems with them filling my three prescriptions on random days instead of filling them at the same time they fill them days apart even though the refill date is identical

This Walgreens is dishonest with their information and is not helpful when needing questions answered and frankly quite rude. I have had two instances where a technician has lied to me over the phone about their policies, which was actually more their own preference and laziness and not actual policies or protocols. They don’t go out of their way to make filling your medications easy or try to help you with reliable information. I called two other Walgreens and two different pharmacies and got the information I needed and was lied to by a female technician at the 800 south location in Orem who said there was nothing she could do to find out the relevant information I needed. I believe they need to take time educating their staff on basic customer service instead of their personal opinions being their “factual” information that requires more work and headache for patients.

Look at the reviews of this place ? why is this location still open??? The manager has a policy to act like he’s a doctor and implements “rules” no other Walgreens does. Talk about abuse of “so called” power. They are just losing business because of this brainless decision and judging from all the other reviews… they probably need a change in management. You would get better service from the zoo. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

My spouse made an appointment for Covid vaccines. Had to fill out the form twice online and then once again in person. Then we still had to wait 30+ minutes for them to administer the vaccines. (They also didn’t have the Novavax vaccine and didn’t know what it was.)

I give them one start, just because the system doesn’t allow me to give 0!! They said that my medication will be ready in 1 1/2 hrs… and it took them almost 2 days!! I couldn’t wait anymore for them to call me or text me … and decided to go to the pharmacy!! They try to tell me that they been to calling. But I stopped their nonsense, telling them that I been calling, and calling. And nothing!! So they finally give me my prescription very rude. The bold guy really have no manners!! Instead of apologizing they just tried to give me excuses. Never really even apologize once.. This was the last time I came to this stupid pharmacy.
