The worst pharmacy I've dealt with. They take an average of 15 minutes with each customer and only have 1 person working the counter. Stood in line 45 minutes last night only to be told to come back in the morning. Came back and now they tell me my medication is out of stock and to try again in 4 days. What a joke lmao. Switching to a different pharmacy ASAP.

Super rude pharmacist . Takes forever to actually be able to talk with someone over the phone. Average of like 30 mins hold. last time it was almost and hour of a wait over the phone just to ask a question

I am giving them one star for drive through convenience. However, I uploaded my new insurance card and I got a notification that there was an insurance issue and I needed to call. I tried calling multiple days and was never able to get through to anyone. I was even on a wait for over an hour! I decided my only option was to come in and they said they didn’t have any insurance on file and that my medication would not be ready for another 30 minutes. Although they were able to see the insurance card on file but just hadn’t looked at it until I told them at the drive through window… crazy lol

The app processes my dogs medication but the automated call does not. However, it never goes through on the pharmacy’s end until I call. It is a complete waste of time to have to wait 20+ minutes in line to then be told they don’t have it or it will be done in an hour only to have to wait or drive back again and wait another 20+ minutes. If I call ahead I’m in a 3 person call Que that is over 1hr long and then get hung up on. I don’t care if it is a system flaw that needs fixed or Walgreens pharmacy needing to hire more people to help the over worked and understaffed but something needs to change.

The pharmacy here is ridiculous. It always takes forever to get a prescription filled, and we're often told that it's not ready despite getting notifications that it is ready for pickup. They are really unfriendly and help people out of order as well. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I went to pick up an anti nausea medication for my son who had not had fluid in 24 hours. The head pharmacist told me there is a two \\u0026 half hour wait window from the time they get the prescription. My son had not had fluid for 24 hours. I waited an additional hour and 20 minutes after I spoke to the head pharmacist. I am so dissatisfied time and time again with this location.

horrible service long wait and pharmacy and assistants have no idea what they are doing, kept ringing up total wrong put in wrong perscription.
