The Walmart tire center at this place is the most dysfunctional establishment I've ever seen. If I could give zero stars I would. We had a warranty on our tire and had a nail stuck in the tire. After looking at the car for an hour we were told they said they could fix it for free under the road hazard warranty. We waited another hour and a half and were then told they would need to replace the tire and that it would be 28$ for the replacement fee, which is annoying but fine. After another 2 hours (4.5 hours at this awful Walmart) we were told the car was done but that it was 88$. Couldn't imagine a worse experience in Kabul dealing with the Taliban's tire shop

This is one the better Walmarts. The prices were great!! There is a whole great clips, Burger King, sushi place, nail salon. You can so your shopping, get your nails and hair done and end it off with some food!

This is my Black Friday edition review. I showed up to Walmart this Black Friday excited to see the deals they had this year.... It was the lamest thing I have ever witnessed. The sales were pathetic , so to save you the heart break don't go to Walmart for Black Friday next year or ever. I gave it 3 stars because they had proper security to keep people safe, well organized, plenty of workers as well.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Walmart location. After waiting in a lengthy line to return unused and unopened items, I was met with a rude employee who made me feel terrible. Not only did they lack basic customer service skills, but they also harassed me by threatening to toss the items I was returning into the trash. This was an unacceptable way to treat a paying customer after spending hundreds of dollars and returning 2 items, and I won't be shopping here again.

This is the perfect store if you like to wait in 20+ min lines to check out. Whether you're doing self check out or waiting for a cashier, there are always lines going mid-aisle full of people waiting. This blocks the respective aisle and just annoys everyone. Also by their drink section, it reeks of mold. I'd be careful-- read the warnings, I'm definitely making the drive to springville or orem Supercenter instead. This place is the WORST grocery store and consistently has these issues for years.

Got a full size sheet cake with a free smash cake for my son's first birthday. They decorated it beautifully as requested and the icing was AHHHHH so so so soso good. They helped me load it in to the cart so it wouldn't break. It tasted amazing, it lasted 3 days before we finally finished it all. My only complaint is that the frosting turned all our lips and teeth blue and brushing didn't get it off hahaha but it was worth it for the flavor.

As a former employee, this place sucks!!!! Please do not shop here! Something needs to change at that store. It has been the worst store in the lower 48 for the last 15+ years!! The stockers never do anything the lines are always long! Employees always have headphones in and refuse to help you! No one actually works the place never has anything in stock. we were once out of milk for two weeks and no one cared to do anything. to re stock! And prices ARE ALWAYS WRONG!!

This place is the worst. I did a online pick up order When they put all my groceries car, I drove home. When I got home and got out my groceries I saw that the multipurpose cleaner that I ordered was not screwed all the way and dumped all over my car and groceries. I told them about my experience with my feedback, tried to call this store to speak to a associate and even corporate and NO RESPONSE. All my groceries ruined, thanks.

Stop buying from this place. Especially tires. You'll sell your soul to get the warranty invoked on tires that the sidewall started disintegrating because they'll maintain the same margin by simply using an inferior product. ITS THAT SIMPLE.

Worst store. I used to love grocery shopping, now I dread going every week. People are sketchy, it's always super crowded and the parking lot is a madhouse. The checkout lines are a million years long (the scan & go is usually decent) and they are ALWAYS restocking right in the middle of the isles. Typical of all of Utah valley, this Walmart is just plain crowded and congested.

I usually never write bad reviews because I don't want to be mean, but I write this in hopes that maybe something someday will change! Here it goes.... I usually avoid this Walmart at all costs!! If I have to go to Walmart I will drive from Orem to Spanish Fork (because that one is actually decent) just so I don't have to go to this Walmart! The customer service is awful the employees obviously hate their jobs because they hate every customer that comes in! I have yet to meet a nice employee I went to purchase something at the checkout line after I had been waiting 30 minutes just to check out and the employee running the register couldn't find a price tag on the item I wanted to purchase she had the nerve to make me run back and find another one to ring up! I was completely floored I couldn't believe it!! I usually always shop at target, and have switched over all of my family and friends because they know Customer Service, every employee at least smiles.... is it too much to ask for your employees to just smile even?? I don't understand how management has not even tried to do anything with their customer service it's been this way for years, It's unfortunate really!!

Customer Service has four people standing around yet no one will pick up the phone or answer a request for service in Electronics. So I walk down to CS and the associate they send over doesn't have any keys so he can't help. Goodwill has better help.

When I entered this store I was 23 years old. By the time I got out of the check out line I had aged 32 years. This place has the slowest check out lines in the history of all checkout lines. Only reason they got two stars is because they had oreos.

So get this, I'm a Bushcraft enthusiast and it was my first time in Utah, let alone Provo and I'm coming in here to pick up a knife from the sporting goods section because I couldnt fly with ones I already owned and buying a new one was cheaper. Coming in it looked like any other WalMart so no big surprise there, I made my way to the sporting goods section and began checking out the selection of blades there. There wasn't too much in stock but that wasn't a problem as I know my knives and what I wanted. I get in line and there's two others ahead of me so I wait. Gets to be my turn and the cashier, some child named Xander, decides he wants to just take off from the register. Now giving him the benefit of the doubt, I figured he was simply checking in back for one of the customers who was ahead of me. One of the ladies in line behind me asked where he went and I said I didn't know, she goes and looks for him and sure enough, there's Xander just straightening product on the shelves trying to do anything in his power to not have to come back and ring me up. He makes his rounds to an aisle I can see him on and I call out to him to come ring us up as we had been waiting as well the others who were after me. This Xander kid, clearly upset at being called out huffs and puffs his way over to the counter and I tell him the exact make and model of the blade I'm buying, suddenly he can't hear, so I have to repeat myself a couple of times. Xander eventually figures out where the knives are right in front of him and produces the one I asked for several times, the other customers behind me huffing and puffing at Xanders lack of professionalism in what is supposed to be his section of the store. I made my purchase (finally) and left. The customer service at the store is particularly bad and this child Xander was not only rude to me but those who were in line after me. Terrible. I should mention that I am Black, I didn't think that should matter but I kind of get the feeling that it did. A nice warm welcome to Utah, thanks Xander.
