Terrible experience. The pharmacist flat out refused to fill to my prescription, completely disregarding the impact on my health, because he did not like that my brother was the prescribing physician (he has been my primary care provider for 20+ years now). There is no law that states the prescribing physician cannot be my brother...this was entirely the pharmacist simply choosing not to fill it. He was also very rude to my wife who was there to pick it up, even going so far as to just turn and walk away, leaving my wife standing there by herself. This is an unacceptable standard of care by Walmart Pharmacy.

I had the absolute worst experience at the Walmart pharmacy in Orem. The service was beyond terrible - unhelpful and blatantly disrespectful. I couldn't believe how dishonest and poorly they treated customers. There's a particular female pharmacist there who seemed to go out of her way to ensure I was cut off from my medication. It's a disgraceful place to receive healthcare services

Extremely irritated with the experience I just had. I walked up at 1:30 pm to pharmacy since I just got a text saying my prescription was ready than the pharmacy tells me while pointing me away that there closed and its lunch while he's is helping someone. And all the gates are still opened. You don't talk to someone like that especially being disrespectful and pointing them away!!!

I’ve been really impressed with this Walmart pharmacy. They almost always have the meds I need, are quicker than a lot of other places and the employees are super nice.

Went during hours and they were closed, spoke with someone in the pharmacy and they said they couldn’t sell me what I needed until 2pm when they opened again. Please update your hours online to reflect that you close in the middle of the day

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a pharmacy in a long time. I called hours ago requesting that they call my previous pharmacy to move prescriptions over. They said it would be ready by 2. 2 came and went and I called back and the technician, Ethan, “forgot to call over to the pharmacy”. The pharmacy technician I was speaking to was named Saiyeed or something like that and when I asked why they hadn’t called it in yet, instead of responding, he just hung up on me. Called for a THIRD time and got the pharmacist who said they’d call over to the pharmacy to get my prescriptions but I honestly doubt that’s going to happen. Orem Walmart is awful in general, and I guess that also extends to the pharmacy. Go somewhere else.

Ethan is the best pharmacy worker I have ever spoken with! He was very nice, did a quick job, and was passionate for what he does. I’m thankful for him and I hope the Walmart Pharmacy never gets rid of him!

I've never waited very long when I come to get my refills. The pharmacists know me by name and my medicine and have answered the questions I couldn't find online.

I moved my prescription over to them because they said they had it in stock. They denied me for insurance reasons and told me to check back on the 7th. Okay no problem. I got the text saying we I could pick up my bottle. But when I called to verify, they told me they had given my prescription to somebody else and now I can't be helped at all. This is the dumbest possible scenario that they could have walked me into.

Regular old pharmacy. Helpful and fast but I got very annoyed with the “thanks for visiting” once a day for days after. Had to opt out of texts from them.

To be honest this walmart pharmacy I wouldn't even give it a star not even 0 stars that is just to be nice to give it 0 stars. This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Like they will tell you it's ready then you show up then they tell you oh it's not ready yet it will be another half hour. But between then and that time your medication is done you could go shopping, take your groceries home, get a hair cut, take a nap, and see the world. I am not kidding. It took me over 3 hours to get a simple prescription toothpaste. It would have been longer if I didn't pestering them. It is a complete waste of your time. Even if your their first customer it still takes a lifetime to get your medication.
