Our 2 boys. Age 8 and 6 started going to the kids muay thai class a few months ago and they love it. Both of them are more confident and we've seen them grow in ways we never thought they would. Casey, Nina and Jeff are incredible teacher. I can not recommend them enough.

Amazing people and amazing training!! I would highly recommend this place! The only thing I would change would be getting new gym mats for the work out area. They smell really really bad! Ooph

This place is seriously awesome. The instructors know what they’re doing and do a great job working with everybody. They know how to have fun but push you at the same time. Love coming here!
