I just finished two projects with Allan at Wasatch Gun Guild and I couldn’t be more thrilled. We discussed my plans over the phone a couple of times and when I was satisfied Allan was the right man to do the jobs perfectly, my rifles were delivered and the work was performed flawlessly.
I had the barrels shortened and new muzzle brakes installed. The final product looked like custom shop quality when the work was complete. Pricing was reasonable and fair and I’d highly recommend Allan at Wasatch Gun Guild for all of your gun-smithing needs!

I had my CZ 17 HMR barrel threaded for a suppressor by a "gunsmith" in Orem. Took it to the range to sight it in. My groups went from sub MOA to about 6" groups. I had the rangemaster at Lee Kay take a look. He point out metal left in the barrel and how the gunsmith failed to cut the crown. They recommended taking it to Wasatch Gun Guild to get it fixed. Night and day diference!I would trust these guys with firearms projects large and small.The work is exceptional. I feel they have kept their overhead low and past some of the savings along to clients. Highly recommended! The image I have attached is after Wasatch Gun Guild restored the crown for my rifle. I wish I had a before and after image. The other gun smith cut the barrel, but left it very unfinished. There was no crown whicht explains the large erradic groups.

I came by their place as a potential alternative after Get Some refused to even touch two guns I needed to get cleaned. I had a wonderful chat with the two gentlemen as we talked about the personal history behind my late grandfather's guns, and seeing them really excited about the old muzzleloader made me feel proud. I had only wanted a cleaning and perhaps an appraisal, but they said they would happily help source missing parts for one of the guns as well. I went in today and they had taken such good care of the guns. I hardly recognized them. They went above and beyond just a simple cleaning. They had found a trigger guard and sight adjuster for my main rifle, which had been missing, and even polished up the stock. For both of the guns, they had stopped the rust and cleaned the barrels a bit. They sadly informed me that the muzzleloader would never be able to fire again, but they did such a wonderful job with the rust and cleaning it a bit that it will be great even as a mantelpiece. I am absolutely happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Very Knowledgeable, good value. They worked on my early model shot gun, muzzleloader and rifle. I would highly recommend because of their passion for guns. One of my rifles was beyond reasonable repair, they were honest and told me that it probably wouldn’t be worth the cost to fix because it wouldn’t improve the value of the gun. I appreciate their honesty and craftsmanship.
