I had a salesman knock on my door last night. My wife answered and he asked for me. She asked what it concerns and he replied I need to speak with your husband. She came ans woke me up and I went to the door only to find a door to door salesman. I asked if he had read what it said on my door. He replied no and opened the door to se a no Soliciting sign. So today I called the store to find out how they got my name and address, all I got was questions! So when I got upset I was told they didn't appreciate that and they were trying to answer my questions. Not true, every question I asked was answered with a question. It was the same thing with the salesman at my door. I will never recommend this company and will never call them for water softener needs. Beware if they show up at your door as they have no boundaries! I feel they will do anything for a sale and I still don't know how they got all my information! ðŸ˜

WaterQuest contacted us at the door and I asked to set an appointment for a later day. They provided a QR code to review their products and allows us to sync up with their team. We set up a date for a water analysis and to recieve more information. Kent was extremely professional and great to work with. We look forward to using their services and products.

I have had Hard water problems since I moved To the Eagle Mountain area, and it has cost me dishwashers, washers, Sink faucet and showerheads, water quest was really easy to work with they showed up tested the water, gave me different options and had it all installed The next day. I 100% recommend.

We had an amazing experience with WaterQuest! I was at Lowe’s and talked to them about testing the water at my new house, which we felt was hard because how our skin felt after showering. They came out and did a few different tests which showed how hard our water was and the metal in the water. We knew we needed a good system and they provided a great opportunity. We went with their water softener and water filtration system, they installed it the next day and everyone was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend at least testing your water and learning about why you need to treat if you have hard water. Our Salesmen was Todd, he was very knowledgeable and I appreciated him explaining everything.

WaterQuest came out to my neighborhood offering a water test and possible solutions. I’ve recently been thinking about water softeners, so I was curious to know what they had to offer and what their pricing would be. Morgan was very personable and did a great job explaining the hard water test and the AOE softener product. While this was not the right time for me to make the investment, I gained knowledge and context that will be valuable later on when making decisions in the future. Morgan and Rob kept it low-pressure and were very professional.

UPDATE 5 YEARS IN: per the plumber who just cut a hole in my ceiling, whoever did this plumbing didn’t know what they were doing and now has caused minor flooding in our basement. They put these connectors behind the drywall, where they are bound to leak eventually.
We just had the third tier water softener installed today. I’m sure it’ll be a good product, but the salesman, Todd Campbell, directly lied to my face about a hard vs. soft credit check, even after double checking with him. Also, they only stocked us with 1/4 bags of salt—considering the cost of the system, they could at least include the full system of salt.

Very happy and impressed with the water soffener and the installation! Sean was very helpful and explained everything to me! I would definitly recomend Water Quest!
