Here I am at the branch during listed business hours and it is closed. This is like the 3rd time it’s happened. Update your hours or hire enough staff to honor them.

Manager was not doing anything. Called his teller by the wrong name and said she’d help me. Her name is Carolina, not Caroline. She was busy with another customer. Then he walked right past me to talk with a banker about how hard his job is. Then he walked to the back. Banker sat there looking at her nails over her keyboard. Thankfully the nice drive thru teller woman walked up and offered to help.

Waited over 10 min with only 1 teller. The manager didn't even care. Talked to her friend the whole time. You see someone waiting that long help them! Is customer service not your best quality or what? Going to another bank I will not open an account here!

my wife and I scheduled an appointment at 9 am the first available appointment to remove someone from my account and add her, we had an email showing the time at 9. We also had already gone through this process before to gather all of the required paperwork and everything that was need for th necessary action. when we got there all the workers were telling us that our appointment wasn't until 9:30 even though we had documentation of it being at 9 am. then they had us sit and wait even though there was nobody even in the office at all. we heard them talking in the back about football and just decided to let us sit out there and wait. poor customer service. no wonder all the reviews here are so low.

the most terrible employee in the world works in this bank, his name is Austin Rosengreen, and Rachel, firstly he introduced himself as the manager of this branch, but he deceived me, he is a personal banker and is not a manager in any way. Austin refused to use my money from my cashier check, he said my cashier check would take 8 working days to confirm the money, but I asked to contact another bank and check the check, he contacted the bank and confirmed the check is good and there is money, but still refused to use money from check only in just 8 days. this guy is deeply mistaken when he refuses to use the money from a good confirmed check. this is the worst personal banker in the world! And his assistant her name is Rachel!!!

Worst customer service of my life at this Wells Fargo. Not a single person in line either. Not offended, but saying “You need to wait, we are doing something right now” after I said “how’s it going?” is not the way.

Bank at First Ave in Mesa. Only drive ups were open and I got stuck too close and could not open driers side door enough to get out. I also had dropped my keys somewhere and could not find them ,could not start my car to move it. I am 90 years old with artificial joints. Teller came out to help but did nothing as she said she could no touch my car or me or its contents. All she had to do was to push my car. It would have moved backwards and I could have gotten out. She refused and also would not call for a police officer to come and help me. I somehow managed to get out the passenger door after calling police who could not send anyone but was going to get someone from fire dept to help. Then I found my keys .Then I no longer needed the help. I still don't know how I managed to get to the passengers seat and out the door. Teller never contacted me again and I was extremely upset and physically sore from this ordeal.Ridiculous that the teller would not help me. I hope that some day when she is an old lady and in trouble the same happens to her. Is this really a rule of the bank that she could not touch my car?

I make regular deposits here. Wait times are getting ridiculous, half hour plus. They have nice enough tellers, please just hire more.

I had a great experience here opening a few different accounts. I felt well understood and informed on making financial decisions with this bank!! Everyone was extremely professional. I'm excited to begin my banking experience with them.

A much more enjoyable experience here than at the pleasant Grove branch! Amazing assistance in an otherwise hassle of a situation! Told we were outta luck in pg, zero hesitation to help here! So awesome! Exactly what ya want in a branch! And we weren't even accountholders!

Horrible horrible service!! Went through the drive thru to make a deposit… took 17 minutes!!! I finally had to call him and ask him to make my deposit….he said he was helping other cars. But, I got there before them… horrible horrible service!
