I love this place! I think it's the best car wash, if you're going to wash your own car. They have everything I need, and the basic is good enough that I don't feel like I need to go through twice. ? But paying more for a better wash would probably be a good idea.
I will say, I think they need a new rug machine. It leaves the rug soaking wet. And if they could clean the lot more, that would help. I hate it when I'm stepping on muddy concrete and then getting into my nice, clean car. Thanks, guys!
*Update the $30 wash wasn't any better than the basic. I'm pretty sure it didn't even wash the back of my Bronco. :)

I used this Wiggy Wash location for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I had just purchased my car two weeks prior. I selected the new Max wash with Graphene. It left brush mark scratches as well as a few deep scratches on the hood of my black paint job.
I was calm as I pointed all of these out to the manager. He said there was no way their brushes could have left those marks but he consented to file a damage report to corporate.
Finally got an email from the corporate office saying they determined their brushes could not have left the scratches and my only option to pursue was to take them to small claims court.
As my car was new I knew those scratches were not there before the car wash. I’m not trying to con a big chain car wash into paying for pre-existing scratches.
The body shop estimate to fix everything was over $4,000. The receptionist there told me they get customers all the time who get scratches from these big automatic car wash chains. I personally have never had an issue at automatic car washes before, but after this I won’t be taking my car through again. And definitely will never use a Wiggy Wash.
