Andy was an incredible help replacing my screen protector on my galaxy 23 plus which isn't easy task with it's self healing screen! She also helped me get a great case and ring so my small hands ✋? can hold this massive phone. She gave me a trade-in on my old case and made the spend much more palatable! She was upbeat, friendly and awesome! Go see her!

I always enjoy going to ZAGG. I upgraded from the iPhone 13 Pro to the iPhone 15 Pro Max and I wanted to get a new case and screen protector.Megan was so helpful and shared with me some helpful tips.1. Always bring in your old screen protector. Even if it is a different size. You will get a discount by bringing it in. I forgot mine ?2. Always bring your old cases in even if it’s not a ZAGG case. They will give you a discount when you buy a case from them.3. If you do buy a case from them and you don’t like it, you can exchange for another of their cases for just $10.I am going to be back here if I have any issue. Always happy with their service and quality.With these tips be kind and don’t be a Karen if they change their policies.

I have always had the best experience with the team at ZAGG in the University Mall. They do great work, are super friendly, fast and always treat me and my family extremely well. I also will say the product you get is really good and they stand behind the work they do. I recommend them to anyone.

Madeline was fantastic! Replaced 2 of my college kids screens in no time and gave us great recommendations for products and services. Even though she was swamped with customers (as she was tending the store by herself on Labor day) she was pleasant and worked on the screens as she answered and assisted other customers. My kids were so happy with her abilities since their phone screens look like new! No specs or bubbles. Definitely will go to her again! Zagg is lucky to have such a competent and trusting employee.

I had a cover for my watch that fell off after only 3 weeks. Andy was so wonderful and she replaced it according to the warranty. It took 5 minutes and I was on my way!

Above and beyond service. I walked in at exactly 9pm, which is closing time. Very easily could have turned me away but spent the time to install my replacement screen protector after closing time. Really great service!

Service was courteous and very quick. So far all four corners of my screen protector is not laying down and staying down though. So if it’s the same tomorrow which would be about 48 hours after install then I will go back and have them try again.
