Came in for the first time in years because I got a gift card and Canyon was a big help with finding some cool pants and explaining the discount! Also seemed like a few other customers were seriously grateful for his help!!

Jace and the team at Zumiez in Orem are incredible! Fantastic customer service. Super kind. Super helpful. I'm just getting into skateboarding and I was looking for the perfect first board. Jace was very professional and helped me get setup with what I needed. The whole process was awesome. Thank you guys!

Amazing customer service. Not overpriced. Friendly employees. Had everything I needed. Set up my skateboard right then and there in under 10 minutes for free. Great experience.If you're getting a skateboard set up, ask for Ely.

Gave us recommendations, showed us some hardware. offered to put on grip tape.Real excellent customer service. Definitely the type of guy you want running a store, especially with all the Christmas season madness and covid difficulties. Extremely personable too.Thanks guys!

I went into the store tonight and purchased some Christmas gifts. I was with my mother & sister. We asked the cashier to add rastaclat bracelets (which were behind the register) to our purchase. Well we got home & come to find out, neither of us had bracelets in our bags. We watched her pull them off the wall & scan them but she didn't put them in the bag. We did two separate transactions & somehow neither of us received the bracelets?!? Not to mention she didn't take the security tag off of multiple items. Now we have to drive 45 minutes to go back to the mall & remove the security tags & to pick up bracelets. This is very inconvenient & not to mention, this seems so shady. How do multiple people with separate transactions not receive items purchased & receive items with security tags still attached?!???!??! Very disappointed.

I was like one of 4 people in the store. Stood there forever waiting for help, employees staring at me like I was lost or something. No it’s your job to come ask me what I need. Just left after I was never greeted. Bummer was gonna buy those shoes.
