I'm conflicted because the movers were very courteous and careful with everything and what a tough job that would be. Of the 2 movers one was on the phone for maybe an hour altogether on the first visit. I was told he was talking to the owner and another crew trying to help them. So it got to the end of the day and they weren't done with my move and I was told they would finish the next day which turned into 3 days later. (a job took longer, the truck broke down, they couldn't come except in the evening) They waived the travel time on the second visit but that was it, otherwise full charge. And I've never had a move take that many hours and I've moved many times and this move was literally to a location 4 minutes away. So would I recommend them...probably not...moving is hard enough.

Beau and Anthony moved the heaviest set of bookcases ever made to my home. Everything was well cared for and they took care not to damage anything. They went above and beyond and got them into a nearly impossible location without missing a step. Can't thank them enough!

Showed up three hours late, broke many items moving and damaged front door extensively, charged for second day of moving without EVER SHOWING UP! Do not use this company, the owner will be nice as can be and deliver a complete misleading moving experience if they movers ever show up.

"Beau" the owner, highly doubt he even exists as if you call him, it's one of the mover's cell. Anyway, they finally show up A DAY AND HALF late. Then, one of the three guys needs to leave for an hour to get moving aids. (You'd think a moving truck would carry those things on board.) 6 hours/three guys, they moved half of a 3 bedroom home. They said they'd come back the next morning to finish. Again, over an hour late. (Now working on two hours...) Had to hire another mover as I have to be out of the house. The guy's response was, my guys are tired. Don't take a job if you're incapable of doing it. I should have done more research. Apparently they are notorious for this. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

I never had a moving company move my belongings with such care. It was so nice to just sit back and not worry about anything. By far the best moving company in the area.

I've been moving around the Park City area since the early 2000's. Tried a cpl other moving companies and found some of my items damaged. This company pays extra attention and care for your belongings. Last time I moved, there was a huge blizzard, and these guys showed up on time, and ready to get my 4000 square ft home moved in just one day. The other companies always take 2 days. I'm sticking with 1st Class Movers for life.

I am completely and utterly disappointed with this moving company. I had called & scheduled this company to move us a month in advance, and had even been in contact with them just days prior to our move. Well, the day comes to move & they're suppose to be there between 9-10am. Well, 10:00-10:15am rolls around, they're not there & I haven't rec'd a call. I start calling the number I had (2 numbers on the site goes to the same phone number) as well as texting & got no response. My husband & I literally called/texted/emailed/left messages & even went by the address on the website (which is an abandoned house by the way), and still got no response. When the owner finally did respond, he didn't even call me. He did it all through text! He said he had been out of service area (for 3-4 hours) & that his crew misunderstood where they were suppose to go to pick up the keys/bag for the truck. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but maybe the bag should've been given to the crew the day(s) before the move, if he was going to be in a situation where he was going to be unreachable for several hours; and they should've been given my number beforehand. And maybe there needs to be more than 1 contact person as well, in the event situations like this arise. I was lucky enough to find another local moving company to come move us the very next day. After making my calls to find another moving company, come to find out, this has happened before (although the texts I rec'd said this is the 1st time this has happened). I spoke with 3 different moving companies that said, they have saved other clients with the same/similar situation(s) from this very moving company. Had I known, I would've found someone else, as we didn't find any negative reviews & didn't know this was an issue.

These guys are great. I hired 1st Class Movers for the small job of swapping out sofa sleepers between two condos about a block away from each other, and they handled it in under an hour. They showed right on time and were careful and efficient. The best part is Beau arranged for me to be squeezed in between jobs on a heavily booked Saturday. Highly recommended.

They were very easy to work with. No stress from them with my already stressful move. They were very polite and professional. No dents or scratches to any of my walls or furniture. I would definitely use them again if I have to move again.

I have been using 1st Class Movers for 8+ years. These guys never disappoint! I have moved 3 times with Bo and his guys. Not one time did I even find a scratch! Nicest guys you'll ever meet to boot! The wife has also bought furniture from just about all the stores in the Park City area and these guys seem to be everyone's recommended movers! Thanks to Bo and his team! You guys are by far the best I've ever used! Jim
