Claudia needs a raise she's an awesome employee and always on it but for the 2 short mexican ladies I give this store a 2 star just because of them from being absolutely rude and ignoring you until you raise your voice also she will move out of her register to legit just walk around and talk to employees when there's a big line at the register only to leave claudia and another male employee

I had an emergency with my car overheating and I was calling to make sure if this location had coolant or not. They didn't answer. Once I finally made it to this location, I called to make sure that their ringer was working and they actively ignored my phone call.

Lady with grey dyed hair is extremely rude. Every day I pass by with my work team and she always has EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. just go a couple miles down. They atleast greet you and say thank you and look at your face. I speak to her in Spanish aswell. She's rude in that language too.

I went this morning, April 2nd, to this store for some sandwiches and the cashiers, who are Hispanic, provide very bad service. They have a bad temper, are not sociable, and are not friendly with customers, and I didn't like that. I hope the owner sees this message and gives some advice. He should be friendly with customers.

The only thing that makes this 711 decent is the convenience of where it’s located in comparison to where I’m working. I’m on a construction site right up the road. The staff hardly has any communication skills and rarely ever say hi or how are you doing? they ring you up and simply point at the screen and say put in your card Also I literally just Bought a fritter five minutes ago and I pulled away in my car and I went to go take a bite and I almost broke A tooth. The donuts must not have been changed in several days. The only time their hot food is ever fresh is at the lunch hour otherwise it sits under hot lamps and has gone very stale. I Understand that it’s just a convenient store but ideally so 711’s donuts and fresh food items should be just that “fresh” and This location just doesn’t hold up to that. Edit- I’m increasing my star review from 2 stars to 3 stars because of the quick response I received from 711. It was a courteous response and sounds as if the responder will look into the issues. Thank you.

Mrs. Cristina has an arrogant and rude attitude all the time... I didn't get the name wrong, maybe I'll take a photo to send you. He has a bad thing with children, which is the worst, you can ask his coworkers.I have been going to your store for many years so I know the faces well.

Just thought id update this review since I didn't share the experience some months ago when I originally posted. The prices are higher for everything then any gas station ive ever been to. The quality for food looked barely edible. The sanitary conditions were awful. And the employees were so rude I'm in shock that this place is still in business. I expect when construction slows down in the area you'll at least see a change in management because no one will go there.

I bought 3 chicken strips and some "chicken bites" from the hot case. That crummy meal cost me $15. They charged 95 cents PER chicken bite with the sauce. They were so small he couldn't really count them and charged me for an extra. I felt so ripped off. It should have cost half that amount.

To the manager; your employee Christina is incredible rude and disrespectful towards customers. I watched her accuse someone of stealing and they had a receipt of purchase however she made a huge seen. When she checked us out she asked what I had, it was a pizza in a pizza container, she went on to open my food container to search it and touched my food. I didn’t want to purchase it anymore and she said I should of told her what is was? I did tell her and she still touched my food to search it. She then yelled at me and told her co workers something in Spanish loud enough the entire store heard her.Please do something about this woman, I hope I don’t run into her again, as I know Spanish and do not appreciate the obscenities and rudeness just for patronizing your store. Bizarre experience!!

Unsanitary serving area, disgusting bathrooms, bad customer service and they nickel and dime everyone for condiments. Poor business model and they should be reported to the health department.

They were already expensive. They doubled the price on pretty much everything. The wings used to be 90 cents and now they are $1.80 a piece for old heat lamp wings and they didn't even have a sign showing the new price.... I have nothing pleasant to say about this establishment. The customer service isn't helpful at all. Do not go here if you can avoid it. You are overpaying by a large amount.This store used to be alright but not anymore.And the response from the store owner blames it on politics. THIS STORE HAS THE HIGHEST PRICE OF ANY GAS STATION BY A LOT. Thats not a political issue.
