I had to get my eSIM done at this AT&T. Deon greeted me as soon as I walked in, & immediately got to work when I told him what I needed. I had my two toddlers with me, & I really appreciated how fast he got it taken care of before either of my children had a nervous breakdown! š my (87 year old, mostly deaf, & very picky) dad also needed help with finding a charger & Deon was so patient with him & got him what he needed. 5/5 experience for me!

Edwin taught me how to use my phone, I havenāt touched anything newer than my Motorola Rival A455 Cellular Slider Phone, he told me exactly what I needed to transition into a new iPhone 16 pro max and even got me an internet to boot! Absolute legend

Every time I go in and get an āupgradeā they screw up my billing and itās $100 more than it should beā¦ EVERY TIME! Then I spend an hour on my day off trying to fix it with some bozo that has no clue how to do their job. Verizon is far superior.

BEWARE. They will automatically sign you up for a phone protection plan on a recurring charge without telling you or asking you. If I did not get an email saying I was signed up for the plan I would not have even known. I had to call ATT to cancel the subscription. According to ATT forums the sales reps at the physical ATT stores are being pressured to sign customers up for this plan, which would be fine if they asked you first if you want it. I will order my next phones directly from ATT and avoid this location
