I contacted the Larry H Miller dealership that I leased the car through and they said they were going to tack an extra $1500 onto the purchase price. I contacted a few other Ford dealerships and they also quoted me the contract purchase price plus fees plus a markup between $1000 and $1500. I am so glad that I tried Crandall Ford. Stan Peterson processed the lease buyout without adding any kind of markup. He did not try to take advantage of me or hose me like these other dealerships were trying to do. “These guys do an awesome job! I’ve had 3 vehicles with them over the past couple years. This round, I went to their Spanish Fork location first because PC was too far out to schedule and we were very unhappy with the finished product. Paint was terrible, clear coat was a drippy mess. When I brought my truck in to the Park City location to voice my complaints, they were quick to make it right. Y’all should send some of your competent staff to Spanish Fork and train them to preform to your companies standards. I was mislead by whoever took my initial call and stated that your “quality is the same at all locations””
