We were passing through Park City on our way to Port Angeles WA, and I called The Barking Cat to inquire about an air-dried beef dog food for our Bernese Mountain Dog.The Lady, who answered, suggested an alternate brand that she carried in the air-dried beef call RED BARN.Our dog, Luna, loves the RED BARN food more than the original air-dried beef that we were giving her!Your suggestion turned into a happier Dog LOVING her food! Every. BITE. ❤️

Skyler is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the right food for my adopted Bernese. The store also carries endless healthy treats and selections of food. I will definitely be back.

I can’t say enough positive things about this business. My husband and I, along with my service dog, spent a few days in Park City as a layover trip. I had forgotten to pack a few items for my dog so I stopped into this store. I was immediately greeted by an employee, Lois, who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! My husband and I didn’t experience many friendly people during our visit, so Lois was a breath of fresh air! I would have bought everything in the store (the inventory is amazing) had I not had to travel with it to Scottsdale. Lois shared that they offer online ordering. We’ll definitely be doing that!

Worst customer service I have ever received. The owner was extremely condescending and rude. I drove up from slc to come here and I will never come back nor recommend to anyone. Very over priced for the most basic things. Wish I could give no stars.

We love local businesses, and we love pets. Full disclosure, I used to own a dog store in Lake Placid, NY, so this is a space where I know my stuff.This quaint little store is well merchandised and has some cool fixtures.They have a broad variety, including toys, clothing, collars and leashes, supplies, treats, and food. The guy working was not as engaging as we'd have liked, especially since we came in with our ridiculously lovable Goldendoodle. He was, however, helpful in looking to see if he had the size of the product we wanted in stock. They didn't, and we were on a mission, so we did a quick lap to take in what's in store, then headed on to try and find what we needed. I'd like to go back when I have time to really browse.
