Beyond uselessI would give them zero if I could. A business account that’s impossible to move money out of, They reject payments 10 times citing security concerns. You call the security team each time and reset the account and the same happens. They even joke it’s going to happen again. The branch manager might reply to an email once every 2 weeks and sends it to a complain team who are even more useless - 1 person contact but they never answer the phone and don’t call back. Open an account with a new on line bank and you can actually send money where you want it on time.

OK, 20 years banking. Cool hold a $1000 min. on my checking whatever but to ask $2000 min. on a business account when you advertise online 0$ min. Anyway, was SUPER EASY going to an online company to run my company. I'll be slowly transitioning my personal account out. ? ?

Some of the most incompetent/unhelpful employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I almost closed all of my chase accounts because I was so frustrated. Do not go to this location.

The absolute worst customer service in any bank in North America. Every single time I go here something goes wrong and/or they give me incorrect information. I eventually closed my checking and savings accounts here and called it a day. No one has any idea what they're doing on any level.

They'll just let you rack fees, won't contact you. Also, ATM conveniently out over weekend, want to cover ATM fees for me? Hah so many other banks.

Had a problem with my account, went in to get help from a banker (not a teller) went in at 1:00pm NO BANKERS ON PROPERTY. teller did all she could do, went to the Kimball location the next day, they helped, but i was a day late as this was a time sensitive issue, if i went to Kimball the day before the problem would have been fix YOU SUCK
