Miss Yesenia the banker has been helpful and patient with seasonal student workers like me in opening bank account and applying for credit Card. Her sincerity touches me deeply and inspires me to treat everyone nicely when I return to my home country!

Today I had one the woman suggest I go to another bank and open an account somewhere else at another bank . I understand they are busy but we have several business and personal accounts with them and I was shocked she would suggest that just because they are busy . Unfortunate really. I’d rather drive to salt lake . Other experiences here have been a little better but this one trumped them all

When we opened our accounts 12 years ago we had amazing service. Now they have zero customer service and it’s all about how much money you have there. Even though we are private clients they still provide zero service. Left Chase today with my 12-year-old in tears because Chase only allows for one adult on the account & my husband was not available. We have been told this would not happen again yet it does repeatedly. My son couldn’t withdraw $50 from his account with only his Moms license….. transferred all my banking to Wells Fargo & apparently will need to open additional accounts for my kids there as my husband doesn’t want to close all the accounts at Chase. Not sure why?

BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!!!! You need to know this information. We opened a Chase Business Checking account here. In our first week of running payroll checks, with our correct account and routing numbers and the approved authorized signer's signature, 5 of the checks were cancelled by Chase, two with zero notice or communication and the other three the day after their fraud department called to verify their authenticity (which we approved via their process). Called to ask why 4 of our 55 payroll checks were flagged and canceled and the only answer was (the check numbers were out of order).... To which I replied, "That's correct, these are payroll checks, we can't control what order our employees cash them in", her response was "well can't you set up direct deposit for your payroll" which is completely irrelevant and absolutely none of Chase's business how we pay our staff. This turned into a daily thing and their automated fraud line started calling me daily on a robot call that said "please hold for the next available agent"... only to wait on the line for 15 minutes then hear the robot say "we're sorry, no one is available to assist you now, please call back later", which is maddening when I didn't call them to begin with, they called me! Finally hit my limit and went into the branch only to be told "can you come back at 2:30 and speak with an account manager?" So I took more time out of my day to go back and was essentially told "all we can really do here at the branch is say we're sorry". If this wasn't so frustrating this level of insanity would be absolutely comical. So, save yourself a world of frustration and stay away from Chase Bank for your business needs.

Local branch can’t help!!! Had to call the online number I have been on hold for 1 hour and 59 min still holding. I transferred monies from another bank to this bank both accounts are mine. Chase put a 17 day hold on the monies??? I have been with this bank for 15 years never had any problems. According to the local branch the hold can only be taken off by this special dept we’re I’m still on hold!!!! I also called from a different phone and was put in a call back list!! That time is up still never heard a word!!! Great customer service!!! My granddaughter thanks you since the monies are for her treatment and it was just canceled for non payment!!!Thank you

Wanted to add my son's name to my safety deposit box. My other son passed away 8/21/2021 at 38. His name is on my box. Not only am I heartbroken, but having to deal with innumerable details of his estate. Doug, the Private Client "professional" was not only rude to me and my son, but completely lacked any sympathy or care about our circumstances. I have been a loyal Chase client for many years and have never been treated so disrespectfully. When I became frustrated and said I'd like to close my account, Doug's response was "okay". No apology. No "what can I do to keep you as our client". My emotions are fragile, granted, but Doug's customer service skills are completely lacking. I will be closing my safety deposit box and moving my funds to another financial institution shortly. I understand there are regulations but not employing human sympathy or kindness is unacceptable.

I needed to go into get some paperwork signed and the staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. We were done in under five minutes with absolutely no issue. I would highly recommend this branch.

We just walked in asking if we could open up a checking and a savings account in about 30 minutes. Both of the bankers, who were just sitting and talking to one another, smirked and said it wasn't likely. We thought they were kidding. We clarified and asked again if we could open a checking and savings quickly, they again looked at each other. Rolled their eyes. And said no. It couldn't be done.

The tellers and bankers are always helpful and friendly. I am always greeted and welcomed. Even if there is a long wait they always handle it with class and ease. The problems I have had they have been great in getting my concerns resolved. Chase as a bank may have some policies that are not ideal but this branch is amazing.

Went in to open a new account and was turned away by Sandy stating not enough time. Thanks for letting me know about the excellent service before opening up an account! Yes I arrived at 5:50pm 10 minutes before closing but if you don't want to work until 6pm maybe close doors earlier! I'll continue service with my excellent credit union!
