Fantastic experience all around with this shop and all the employees. Grady and his staff took care of me from beginning to end and got my truck back in great working order and looking brand new again, which is impressive considering the amount of damage the deer caused to the front end. The process was easy and simple, with no complications. The text message updates and the online dashboard were very helpful to reference when I wanted to know where the process stood, and the employees also provided updates from time to time to give me peace of mind. I will be recommending this shop to anyone who needs collision repair or body work. Fingers crossed I never have to return myself! But if I do, I will not hesitate to trust this location to take full care of my vehicle. Highly recommend.

I used their collision repair and couldn’t be happier. I noticed a blemish on pick up and they corrected while I waited. I was always kept informed of the progress and my truck was spotlessly clean when I picked it up, I highly recommend their service.

STAY AWAY FROM GERBER COLLISION IN UTAH! Management overseeing all of Utah is “messy and wishy washy” and disorganized. They tell you what you want to hear and go back on their word. They take risks to open doors for risk of injury to employees at the expense of getting cars in and out quickly. Don’t trust their work. Numbers are the only thing that matters here. Not quality!

Not the best experience I have ever had!!I know a lot of places struggle to find and retain quality personal. That being said wow just wow. Don’t tell me you can do it by a certain time if you can’t do it by then.They were repairing some damage on the right side of my car. Witch included taking off the bumper. I asked them to repair some paint damage on the drivers side while they were doing the other repairs. To help keep the cost down. And so it could be painted all at one time. (More cost effective).When I went to pick it up they didn’t completely repair the paint on the drivers side and wanted me to pay more money because they would need to remove the bumper. My response was are you kidding??? You had the bumper off once!!!So I said no I’ll just take my car somewhere else for repairs!!! So went to pay — next problem they don’t accept cash!!!!! Are you kidding me now!!!They then agreed to fix the paint at no additional cost to me. Won’t use them again!!!

We had just got a new car when the visor broke off. Audi said they couldn't even look at it for 2 months!! We tried to fix it on our own, had friends look at it. No luck. I decided to try CKM. The staff was more than happy to take a look at it and order any parts it may need. Within minutes their guys identified the problem and had the visor back up and working! No more duct tape holding my new car together! Thank you CKM for your quick and friendly service!

The other body shop in Park City quoted a price that was 2.5 times higher and a time frame that was 10 days longer. I took it to CKM instead, and they did a great job and finished on time. I've used them in the past with great results as well. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my van to CKM to correct some bad paint applied somewhere else. It was a mess now it's a disaster. A few of the issues:- Paint is coming off where it wasn't before- Body molding falling off where it wasn't before- Overspray all over even some on the interior of the van- Roof paint doesn't match the body- Estimates that don't reflect the work they do- Claiming they're ready to begin work when nothing is done for days- No updates and when I ask for them the dates they gave are missed without follow-up- and many more...I hate writing a negative review because those I see often come across as an angry rant. Yes I'm angry but I also know I'm not being unreasonable, so I've included pictures of the worst issues with their EXACT responses quoted from email where possible so you can judge for yourself.I only wish someone had done this before I decided to have work done at CKM since I checked the reviews. I didn't notice the discrepancy between Facebook reviews and google and now wonder how honest the reviews on google are. I've had body work, paint done on various cars over the years and have never had a problem everything was always like new but now I've learned my lesson.I had my van painted and the paint store mixed the paint incorrectly and it needed to be removed and repainted. I went in to CKM for an estimate on 4/5/22. Jason sent it to me later that day. I mentioned a few things that were missed and got an updated estimate quickly. That was the last good experience I had with CKM.They said they could not get me in until 6/11/22 but I wanted it done right so I set up the repair. The week before I was to drop it off I contacted CKM to make sure they were ready (I was out of town and didn't want to rush back). I didn't hear back until 6/11/22 but Jason said "We are ready sorry for the late reply". I sent Jason an email with a list of other items I wanted looked at if they were not included before I dropped the van off and then walked Jason around the van to make sure the email was clear. He assured me he would get back to me with additional charges if something was not included. I asked to be billed separately because the paint store was reimbursing me for the paint repair.On 6/16/22 I received a call from CKM this time from Cort. He explained that Jason did not do the estimate correctly and they had to redo it. Cort confirmed that no work had been done to the van yet. Basically it was going to cost more and they were going to do less work.After months with nothing, days that they weren't working on my van when they said they would be, I should have picked it up and found another shop. Unfortunately I was anxious to get it done and Cort assured me the new estimate will cover everything the old estimate did.Needless to say, when I went to pick it up the first time, if I pointed something out that wasn't done, that was never included. If I pointed out an issue that was obvious there was an excuse delivered in a yell about how I didn't know what I was talking about. Jason said they'd fix the issues that included runs in the paint that anyone should have seen, especially a professional.Jason said it would be ready in a couple of days. A week later when I went to pick it up again, it was more of the same. Cort yelling blaming me, the van, or anything to avoid responsibility.When the body molding started falling off along with the paint days later I had the work evaluated at TWO other well respected body/paint shops. Every issue I identified was confirmed as low quality work, obvious (paint not matching), of issues that should be fixed. When I contacted CKM with this information Cort responded with more of the same, that can be summarized as me being unreasonable. Now I have to have the repairs repaired which is going to be a challenge because one of the shops I talked with said "we do not want to stamp our ... brand on top of another company's repair. We would have loved to fix it right
