Internet is always out and hardly ever works. Customer service is the worst. So over it.

I recently called Xfinity and got to talk to Irene. She was really professional and kind, and stayed with me through the process of troubleshooting the equipment transfer to a new account. She was great and helped us solve this rather anoyying issue. Many many thanks Irene!

Xfinity is the only provider for my area or I would have looked elsewhere. But for this location specifically, I had the worst customer service I have ever seen from any business from the lady there. After wasting my time at the store, I resolved my issue after spending another two hours online with a Live Assistant
