If I could give them a -10 I would, they have the worse customer service in the entire world!! I am not joking either. Just this year I have had to be on the phone with Xfinity to fix something over 30 times! For one issue you have to keep calling back and still you don't get a resolution. They do not care about their customers at all. Today alone, I have been on the phone since 8 am trying to get my internet fixed. Don't know what is wrong with it, woke up and it was not working. They kept putting me on mute, not hold but mute and they will let a customer sit on mute so it looks like they are working. This is call avoidance and they should all be fired for doing it but, again they don't care. I think it is time that we all start searching for new internet providers outside of Xfinity/Comcast!!

I recently called Xfinity and got to talk to Irene. She was really professional and kind, and stayed with me through the process of troubleshooting the equipment transfer to a new account. She was great and helped us solve this rather anoyying issue. Many many thanks Irene!

Xfinity is the only provider for my area or I would have looked elsewhere. But for this location specifically, I had the worst customer service I have ever seen from any business from the lady there. After wasting my time at the store, I resolved my issue after spending another two hours online with a Live Assistant

Xfinity is a great, maybe the best service to use if verbal abuse, confusion, extra fees, and empty promises is your thing. If you like customer service that ends chats when you don't buy their upsell garbage and phone agents that will pass you around the moment things get hard then Xfinity is your place to go. I love Xfinity for their lack of competency and uncanny ability to defer you to their robot systems and not actually chat or talk to you.

Constant outages with NO compensation. Customer support for anything is terrible! I spent 45min on the phone with someone who only wanted to sell me things and NEVER answered my questions. After telling them I was going to go to the better business bureau for falsifying information they had given me- true, they finally admitted that they DID NOT have the capabilities to assist my payment issues. Yes, being overcharged issues.

Swapping my old cable box and gateway to new upgrades could not have gone any quicker or easier. Special thanks to MUSA for his excellent customer service. A quick scan of the old barcodes and I was on my way with my new equipment. Score one for the Park City Xfinity Store. A+
Update:
Had some signal issues and Nathan was very helpful discussing options when I returned. He even talked to me in the parking lot outside the store, since the store wasn't open at the time. Then, Alma and Alex followed-up in store with my new wireless box. Thanks again to the friendly and helpful service from the Park City store.

PSA: These people are scammers. ALWAYS video or voice record any interaction you have at this location.
Twice this location failed to report items I returned to the store as returned to our account. The second time I had the whole interaction recorded and kept the receipt. Took threats of legal action for fraud to get them to confess they made a "mistake".
Beware.

It is 5:30 pm and the store hours are until 6:00 pm, but the doors are locked and no one is coming to the door when u knock. Absolutely infuriating.
